ng, in t I p ,they have not leant nothing. TIP is strict with in somebody. But I think tip give us English only. no Chinese environment ,in the environment, we must try to listen and say, like this, improve our listening ability and speaking skill. The fancilitators are kind to us, their teaching skill is open, they give us time, chance to think, let us think anything with our right brain. The idea behind Tip is surround ourselves with English .The most effective allows no escape as you totally immerse ourselves in English. The first

analogy is: Air. The second analogy is: water. The third analogy is: The pressure cooker, The pressure cooker works by keeping the air in no air come out no leaks. The secret of T.I.P is in intensity. No Chinese is to be spoken from when wake up until when you fall asleep. Every time you use a Chinese phrase or sentence ,it is like poking a hole and letting out some of the intensity of your English effort. T.I.P works simply like this: surround yourself in English . Do not allow yourself to escape. Do whatever necessary to keep you in it. No leaks. Help one another out by holding one another accountable. Then you will be amazed how wonderfully your brain can work. The right-brain approach to learning is Very child-like. It is fun-oriented and activity-oriented. And is creative, involves pictures ,music, imageries, art, games, or doing something interesting. The right-brain approach is question-oriented. To be question-oriented, effectively use the power

tools : who, what, when, where, why, and how. Language is reflex. T.I.P approach is the best way to train language reflex ability. Language is reflex, like breathing. The less you think about it, the more you know you are doing the right thing. The T.I.P approach aims to create a childlike environment . Friends are very important in the right-brain approach . but I think our students should make so many new friends, they have friends ,and have much chance speak English .seasoned with laugher, friends turn the pressure cooker event into meaningful, enjoyable, and once-in –a-lifetime experience. The right-brain approach of learning the English language is simply this :fun, creativity, childlike curiosity, openness, spontaneity, laugher, enjoyment, and friendship. Mix them all together, and you will Make amazing progress. Attribute is everything. Tell ourselves Daily “I can do it.” Encourage and say to one another daily,” Good job.” You will be

tempted to give up .hang in there. Remind yourself of Littlf little Eengine that would: you can do it. You can do it.” The power of positive thinking works miracles. If you hang in there .we will pass quickly Remember why you want to learn English. T.I.P gave us much. Of course T.I.P can not give us all thing. We should go on studying according to the ways and idea of T.I.P. In our classes, teaching , life, try to use and creative. Such as the three steps: Attack your limitations, Build your confidence, Commit yourself; The four laws: speak to each other! Speak to everyone. Teach someone. Use recording often. The five practices: A notebook. Repetition. A Magazine .The computer. The journal. Later, I will practice while I work. To improve my teaching skills and increase my knowedge.
