6.2.2 CPICH Power Accuracy

Test Model 1 (Pmax) Test Model 4 (Pmax-18dB) 1. BTS transmits Test Model 1 at Pmax. 2. Measure “Frequency Error” and “Error Vector Magnitude” by MS8609A. 3. BTS transmits Test Model 4 at Pmax-18dB. 4. Measure “Frequency Error” and “Error Vector Magnitude” by MS8609A. Specification: (–0.05 PPM – 12 Hz) to (+0.05 PPM + 12 Hz)

Test Model 1 (Pmax) Test Model 2 1. BTS transmits Test Model 1 at Pmax and measure. And then changes Test Model 2. 2. set the code domain power of the DPCH under test to Pmax-3 dB and set other code channels to the adequate levels. 3. Measure average power of test code channel.

4. Set the code domain power of the DPCH under test to Pmax-28 dB by means determined by the manufacturer. The power levels for the other code channels used in step 2 shall remain unchanged
5. Measure average power of test code channel. Specification: maximum code domain power: 4.1 dB or greater; minimum code domain power: 26.9 dB or less. BS maximum output power – BS maximum output power –
