2012 American Society of Mechanica
l Engineers Pressure Vessels and Piping Division Conference

July 15–19, 2012
This topic of "Recent Developments in Chinese Codes and Standards" focuses on the research of pressure equipment standards in China, including materials, design, fabrication, examination, inspection, etc. Our topic also discusses recent technical developments of pressure equipments in China, which would promote the developments of new codes and standards. We are especially interested in the recent technical developments of in-service inspection, engineering failure analysis, and extreme pressure equipments, which have extreme sizes and/or are subjected to extreme operating conditions such as high pressure, blast loading, cryogenic temperature, elevated temperature, complex corrosion, and so on.
Prospective authors should submit a 200–400 word abstract by November 11, 2011 using the PVP2012 web-tool at www.asmeconferences.org/PVP2012. Draft papers are due for review by February 13th, 2012.
