本规格书由船舶总体、舾装、轮机、电气、通风冷藏空调、动力定位、起重机及铺管设 备估价等部分组成,表述 3600 t 全回转起重工程船的主要技术规格方案。

1.1.2 Construction Explanation 建造说明 The BUILDER’s supply covers the item described in this specification, anything excluding from the scope of the specification will be supplied by the OWNER.
本船的建造估价,所有规格书所规定的项目均由建造方提供。超过规格书部分船东提供。

1.1.3 Language and Measuring Unit 文种与计量单位 The drawings, instructions, instruments, display, caution sign and nameplate shall be written in English and kept down the foreign nameplate of the importation of machine and equipments. Metric system is used for designing and fabricating of hull, crane and equipment etc. unless otherwise specialized in specification or instruction.

The vessel is designed as a large-scale all revolving self-propelled vessel. The vessel is used for offshore projects. 本船是一艘自航大型全回转起重工程船,航行于无限航区。 本船主要用于海上海洋工程等作业。

1.2.2 Type of Vessel 船型
The vessel will be a steel, all welded crane ship with streamline bow, round bilge and bilge keel. A helicopter platform will be situated at forecastle deck. One (1) full revolving crane to be installed in the after area of deck. The vessel will be equipped with two (2) 2000kW tunnel thrusters at bow, two (2) 2500kW retractable azimuthing thrusters at the foreship, two (2) 4500kW azimuthing thrusters at the aftship. General Description 总布置概述

Upper deck will be a continuous deck. The 3600t slewing crane will be installed on aftdeck. Deck house will be on the forecastle deck. There will be seven water tight transverse bulkheads under the upper deck to divide the main hull into eight watertight compartments. Before collision bulkhead, there will be forepeak as a ballast tank, anchor chain box and bow thruster room will in it under the upper deck. In the accommodation there will be single-berth and double-berth cabins with sanitary unit. Summary of arrangement of decks is as following: 本船上甲板为连续甲板,尾部设 3600t 全回转起重机 1 台,首部设有短首楼和甲板室。 上甲板以下由 7 道水密横舱壁将主船体分隔成 8 个水密舱段。防撞舱壁前上甲板下为首尖舱 兼压载水舱,其内设置锚链舱及首侧推舱。居住舱室中,单人双人住室均配置独立的卫生单 元。各层甲板布置如下:

1.6.1 Under Double Bottom 双层底下
Double bottom will be constructed between the two longitudinal bulkheads. There will be some ballast tank, fuel oil tank, lubricate oil tank, sewage and dirty oil tank etc, in the double bottom, and pipe tunnel will be at the each side of it. 边舱以内设双层底,主要布置压载水舱、燃油舱、滑油舱、污水舱及污油舱等液体舱室。 并在双层底内左右设管隧。

1.6.2 On Double Bottom 双层底上
There will be thruster room, engine room, auxiliary boiler room, air compressor, pump room, ballast water tank, fuel oil tank etc. The side tank (out side of each longitudinal bulkheads and without double bottom) will be some ballast tank, fresh water tank, potable water tank etc. 设尾舵桨舱、机舱、辅锅炉舱、空压机舱、各种泵舱和压载水舱、燃油舱等液体舱室。 边舱(每道纵舱壁外以及无双层底)主要设置压载水舱、淡水舱、饮用水舱等。

1.6.3 Middle Deck 中间甲板
Fore and aft side tank will be arranged as mooring position winch room. Middle side tank will be as ballast water tank. Between the longitudinal bulkheads there will be store room, aft hydraulic pump room, refrigerant, air-condition, refrigerator etc. 首尾边舱主要设置定位绞车舱,船中边舱为液体深舱。在两道边纵舱壁内中后部设置储 物舱、尾液压泵站、索具舱等。前部设置冷冻、空调机室、储物舱、冷库等。

1.6.5 Upper Deck 上甲板
Upper deck is a continuous deck. The 3600t slewing crane will be situated on the aft deck. In the crane tub there will be acetylene room, oxygen room, CO2 room, lamp room, paint locker, welding machine room, deck store, constructor anteroom etc. The pipelaying work room will be on the starboard deck from aft end to fore. Anchor racks, 2 mooring winch, fairleaders, and bollards will be fitted on both side of the deck. Port side of the forecastle will be accommodation area. There will be three (3) 4P cabins, one (1) 22P office, one (1) 2P office, and hospital, doctor cabin, change room, shower room, lavatory, laundry, drying room etc. Some other space such as clothing locker, photo dark room, store, air-condition room will also be arranged in the accommodation area. On the both side of fore deck position working guide wheel room will be arranged. 上甲板为连续甲板,尾部设 3600t 全回转起重机 1 台,起重机圆筒内设置乙炔室、氧气 室、二氧化碳室、灯具间、油漆间、电焊机室、甲板物料间、施工人员休息间等工作用舱室; 右舷设铺管舱,自首延伸至尾甲板;舷边两侧设定位锚架;设系泊绞车 2 台,并配导缆钳、 带缆桩等必要的系泊设备。首楼左舷的居住、生活舱室内设置施工人员的 3 间 4 人室;22 人 办公室和 2 人办公室各 1 间;设置医务室 1 间、医生室 1 间,以及更衣室、浴室、厕所、洗 衣房、干衣间等。配套设置拍片冲洗室、被服间、空调器室、储藏室等生活必需的舱室。首 楼前端两侧为定位作业导向轮舱,舷外设定位锚架。

1.6.6 A Deck A 甲板
A deck will be in the forecastle as accommodation quarters. There will be ten (10) 4P cabins, pray room, galley, 70P mess room, 24P guest mess room, 50P meeting room, 12P meeting room etc. Lavatory, shower room, laundry, drying room, air-condition room will also be in this area. On the starboard fore deck emergency generator room and fore hydraulic pump room will be arranged. 处于首楼内为居住、生活舱室。设施工人员 4 人室 10 间,祈祷室 1 间,船员厨房 1 间, 船员餐厅 1 间,可供 70 人同时用餐,来宾餐厅 1 间,可供 24 人同时用餐;50 人大会议室 1 间,12 人小会议室 1 间;为船员配套设置厕所、浴室、洗衣房、干衣间、空调器室等生活必 需的舱室,首端右舷设置首液压泵站和应急发电机室。

1.6.7 B Deck B 甲板(首楼甲板)
Hook box will be on the aft end of B deck. Two (2) life boats and liferafts will be fitted at both side of the deck. Accommodation quarter will be on the middle deck, and there will be twenty five (25) 4P cabins, air-condition room, store, lavatory, shower, laundry, drying room etc. The fore end deck is the mooring work area. 1.6.8 C Deck C 甲板
C deck is crew accommodation area. Twenty three (23) 2P cabins, two (2) offices, air-condition, as well as change room, laundry, drying room, lavatory will be arranged in this area. C 甲板主要为船员居住甲板室。设船员 2 人室 23 间,小办公室 2 间、空调器室 1 间以及 船员更衣室、洗衣间、干衣间、厕所等。

1.6.9 D Deck

D 甲板

There will be seventeen (17) 2P cabins, five (5) 1P cabins, air-condition room, lavatory, laundry, drying room on the D deck. D 甲板主要为船员居住甲板室。设船员 2 人室 17 间,1 人室 5 间、空调器室 1 间以及厕 所、洗衣干衣间等。

1.6.10 E Deck E 甲板
There will be eight (8) cabin en suites, five (5) 1P cabin, one(1) 12P meeting room, one battery room, one charging and discharging room, and lavatory, laundry, drying room on the E deck. E 甲板设 1 人套间 8 间,1 人室 5 间,12 人会议室 1 间;蓄电池室和充放电间各 1 间;以 及厕所、洗衣干衣间等

1.6.11 Bridge Deck 驾驶甲板
A central control room will be on the bridge deck. In the control room there will be navigation console, mooring position console, DP console, ballast water console. 设驾驶、定位锚机控制、DP 控制、压载水控制等集中控制室。

1.6.12 Compass Deck 罗经甲板
Mast, antennae, searchlights, signal lights and the nameplate of the vessel are to be set. 设雷达桅杆、天线、探照灯、信号灯、船名牌等设备。

1.6.13 Helicopter Deck 直升飞机起降平台
The octagonal helicopter platform will be at the fore end of the vessel. It is suitable for SIKORSKY S-61 to take off and landing. Communication and navigation equipment, leading light, skid-proof grid, draining system will be fitted on the platform. 驾驶、集中控制室前方设八角形直升飞机起降平台,供 SIKORSKY 配通讯导航、灯光信号等设备及防滑网、排水设施 S-61 型直升机起降。

1.8 Stability, Trimming and Insubmersibiity 稳性与纵倾及抗沉性 1.8.1 Stability Requirement 稳性要求
The navigation stability of the vessel will be satisfied with the GL requirements. When in pipelaying and lifting operation mode, the adequate stability will be provided in case of sudden loss of the crane load, according with GL Rules. 本船航行稳性满足 GL 船级社对无限航区船舶的要求;铺管和起重作业稳性满足 GL 船级 社对相应作业工况的稳性要求。

1.8.2 Trimming 纵倾
The vessel will be designed so that in navigation condition, it will be floating approximately even keel, and ensured the main thrusters submerged under water. In operation condition, the ballast water is adjustable for required operating draught, and within the crane’s trim and list limits. 本船调遣航行时无首倾,且确保船尾主推进器浸没水中。作业时通过压载水的调整,达 到要求的作业吃水,并满足起重机的纵倾角和横倾角要求。

1.8.3 UNSINKABILITY 抗沉性
Damage stability of the vessel will satisfied with the requirements of CODE OF SAFETY FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE SHIPS for special purpose ship carrying not more than 200 special personnel. 满足《特种用途船舶安全规则》对少于 200 名特殊人员的特种用途船舶的破舱稳性要求。

1.9 MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP AND STANDARD 材料、工艺及标准 1.9.1 Material 材料
Materials, machines and equipments of the hull shall satisfy the requirements of the GL. 船体结构材料、机械和设备的材料均须满足 GL 船级社的要求。

1.9.2 WORKMANSHIP 工艺
All workmanship entering into the construction of the vessel will be in accordance with SCQS CHINA SHIPBUILDING QUALITY STANDARD (1993) and the Builder’s latest advanced

standard and practice which is complied with ISO quality control system for ship building. The workmanship book will be made by the Builder, and subject to the approval of GL supervisor. 所有为船舶的建造而采用的工艺,应该按“SCQS 中国造船质量标准(1993)”和建造方先 进的、优秀的并符合 ISO 质量管理体系的船舶建造工艺标准进行。建造厂应按照本厂的造船标 准和惯例编制建造工艺手册,并征得 GL 验船师确认。

1.9.3 Standard 标准
Material, machinery and equipment in the designer’s selection will be in accordance with GL approval standard, unless otherwise specialized. 设计选用的材料、机械和设备除经特别认可外,应符合 GL 认可标准。

1.10 Drawing 图纸
The drawing designed by the designer shall be censored and approved by the GL. 设计方完成的设计,应取得 GL 审查批准。

1.11 Inspection, testing and sea trial 检查、检验、试验及试航
The vessels construction, machineries, outfits and equipments shall be inspected and tested. All inspect, test and trial shall be carried out in accordance with GL Rules, Regulations, as well as mooring, lifing operation and sea trial program. 船舶结构、机械、舾装设备等都需要进 行检查与试验。检查、检验、试验及试航按 GL 的规范、规则、规程中的有关要求及系泊、航行 试验大纲与吊重试验大纲进行。

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

The vessel to be of all steel-welded construction, single deck, double bottom, and single shell, including main hull, super-structure (forecastle and deck house) and helicopter deck etc. The vessel have three continuing longitudinal bulkheads (Center Long. Bulkhead and two Side Long. Bulkheads) under Main Deck and seven (7) Transverse Bulkheads in way of main hull. There are to have continuous Platform Decks below the Main Deck (For fore and aft. Part, other Platform may be located to arrange accommodation cabin, public living service, working cabin and facility etc.). The vessel will be constructed in accordance with GL requirements. The scantlings of structures shall be in accordance with GL rules, considering the requirement of practice use. Special structures are to be designed by local strength analysis, and be properly strengthened. As an ocean working vessel, the vessel hull to be have enough strength and stiffness, and some safety margin. 本船为钢质全焊接、单甲板、双底、单壳结构,包括主船体、上层建筑(首楼和甲板室) 和直升飞机平台三大部分。主船体部分主甲板下到船底设有三道首尾贯穿的连续纵壁(中纵壁 和两道边纵壁) 道水密横舱壁。主甲板以下设有连续的中间甲板(首尾部另设舱内平台布置 ,7 居住舱室、公用生活设施和工作舱室及设备等) 。 本船船体结构依据 GL 现行有关规范、 规则的最新要求进行设计与建造。 船体结构主要构件 尺寸通过规范计算并结合总强度及使用要求确定,特殊构件通过局部强度分析确定,并作适当 加强。 本船为海洋工程船,船体具有足够的强度和刚度,并有一定的安全储备。 2.2 MATERIAL AND SCANTLING 船体材料与结构 2.2.1 MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION 船体材料 The chemical components and mechanical performance of the steel to be in accordance with the requirements of GL rules, and shall be provided material certification and testing reports. Base materials provided by manufacturer, such as welding rod, welding wire and welding compound shall be approved by GL. The welding materials to be fitted to the steel grades according to welded position. 本船船体结构钢材的化学成分和力学性能应符合 GL 船级社的相关规定,并提供 GL 产品认 证证书和材料试验报告。 本船船体结构所用的焊条、焊丝和焊剂等焊接材料应由经 GL 认可的生产厂家生产,其力 学性能应符合规范有关章节的要求,并经 GL 认可。所选用的焊接材料应与船体结构钢材级别 及焊接部位相适应。 The main steel plates for hull will be Chinese made (certified GL) and different grade according to different area and requirement. And will specify it in structure design later.

本船船体钢料可由中国制造(需取得 GL 证书) ,船体不同的区域根据规范的要求使用相应的钢 级。在以后的结构设计中会标示出来。 2.2.2 HULL STRUCTURES 船体结构 2.2.2.1 HULL STRUCTURE SYSTEM 船体结构骨架系统 Except the fore peak, the main hull to be built with longitudinal framing system (including main deck, tween decks, platforms, double bottom, longitudinal Bulkheads, shell etc.); the stiffeners of seven (7) transverse bulkheads to be arranged in vertical direction. The transverse web frame to be set every four (4) frames space (700x4=2800mm) to support longitudinal members, (each transverse web frame consisting of decks or platform web beams, vertical stringers on longitudinal Bulkhead, side web frames, horizontal stringers and bottom floors etc.), shall be have enough transverse strength. The fore peak also to be built with transverse framing system. Forecastle and deck house to be transverse framing system. The longitudinal continuous members to be provided from fore to aft. as soon as possible. 4.10 Ventilation devices 通风设备 To ensure machinery equipments operating normally and the requirement of heat emission and air changes, the following spaces be equipped with mechanical forced ventilation system. Piping and valves in engine room will be painted with one priming coat and two pigmented paints after installtion. For the purpose of easy identification, all piping will be sorted and painted with different color.according to function. 机舱内的管路和阀件在安装完毕后,都将刷上油漆:一道底漆,二道色漆。 所有管路根据其用途分别刷以不同颜色的油漆,以利识别。

4.20 Spare parts and Tools 备件与工具
The quantity of spare parts should be supplied according to equipments manufacturer’s standard and GL rules. Support roller boxes shall be provided on the stinger. An echo sounder to measure the depth of water under the stern of the Ship shall also be provided, with the readout in the stinger shack. The Control table shall also have indicators for trim, list, draught and wind speed and direction. Working stations on the firing line shall be equipped with audio-visual warning systems operated from the Control table. The control system shall be linked to an electrical warning system (lights and bells) during pipe movements. The controls for the tensioners and A&R winch shall be situated in the Pipelay Control room,

NDT equipment shall include probes, data acquisition, data handling, data storage, displays, printer, and computers. The NDT equipment shall be suitable to find the following defects: ? cracks (all types) ? lamination ? de-lamination ? porosity ? incomplete fusion ? incomplete joint penetration ? inclusions ? seam and laps In the main welding line a complete working set and a complete spare set shall be available. Data storage shall be suitable for 3 months of pipe laying, including a separate backup of all test data. Data extraction of all test data shall be available, through a connection to a client room on the vessel. Two mastic crushers shall be provided to handle 300 mm cube blocks. Each crusher is required to drop crushed dope onto the conveyor outside the tub to be transported to the kettles inside the tub. Crushed dope shall be 50 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm maximum. 8.6.2 Mastic feeding conveyor system 敷料输送系统 A mastic feeding conveyor system shall be designed and provided to transport the crushed mastic from the crushers to the melt kettles. The conveyor system shall be laid out to meet the loading demand of the melt kettles. The handling, cutting and crushing of the packaged mastic supply shall be performed on the SB stern of the vessel outside the tub. 1 套敷料输送系统用于将切割好的敷料块输送至熔化搅拌罐。输送系统的布置满足熔化搅拌罐 的需要。 敷料的处理、切割和压碎过程在船体右舷实现。 8.6.3 Melt / mix kettles 熔化搅拌罐 The melt system shall provide a total melting rate to suit the production of pipe laying of 48 inch pipe with 6 inch coating and 300[mm] cutback. Each of the melt kettles shall be equipped with an electrical power driven agitator to keep the aggregate in suspension, plus a time/temperature recorder with a minimum of 12 hr capacity recording chart. All kettles shall be constructed with a stainless steel or other corrosion resistant alloy, replaceable, inner shell suitably hardened to resist abrasion and have carbon steel outer jacket. All kettles shall be fully insulated. Doors to have air powered rams for opening and closing. The Vendor shall supply exhaust collection hoods and exhaust fans, over the kettles to suck fumes and smoke and burner exhaust to the atmosphere. Fresh air vent fans to be provided to blow clean air into the tub. The kettles shall be diesel oil fired either directly heated or via a separate generator, and equipped with alarms and safety devices to meet classification society standards for fired, non-pressure vessels. A powered loading door/hatch shall be located on top of each kettle and shall be both locally and remotely operated. The opening size of the door/hatch will be designed to ensure efficient loading operations. A control panel shall be provided for the operation of kettles and conveyor loading system. The control panel shall, amongst others, show the temperature of the mastic. A local plus remote operated no-leak air powered sluice gate shall be provided to transfer mastic to the buckets. The maximum attainable temperature of the mastic shall be up to 275°C. A day tank of adequate size will be supplied. Each bucket shall have each a capacity of not less then 0.33 m3 and a top opening for loading with hot mastic. The buckets shall be equipped with a fully insulated self-contained electrically heated, thermostatically controlled oil jacket system (having immersion heaters in the jacketed space) for heating of mastic material while being transported. A manually operated no leak sluice gate shall be used to transfer mastic from bucket to field joint mould. Side restraint system shall be provided to dampen the sideway movement of the bucket during rough weather throughout the entire traveling distance. Control of motion of buckets shall be provided on push button panels which can be operated by the coating operator during the travel of the gantries. Two continuous loop monorail systems, each serving one infill station and three kettles shall be provided. Each continuous loop monorail system shall carry three buckets. The length of each continuous loop monorail system shall have a loop length of approximately 30 [m]. 9 dynamic Positioning 动力定位 9.1 composition and classification 组成及分类 It’s a highly comprehensive system, which consists of dynamic system, measuring system, propel controlling system and controller.
