1. 通用技术数据 General technical data
在铭牌上示出了最重要的技术数据。这些技术数据和选粉机的订货合同共同 构成了合理使用选粉机的极限条件。 The most important technical data is shown on the nameplate.The technical data and compact include the limited condition of the choice of separator. 有关各型号选粉机的主要参数参看表 1。 有关进一步的技术细节可参见选粉机 中的相关图纸。 The main parameters of every type separator are listed in table 1.The detail technical information can be referred in the related drawings .

2. 通用说明 General introductions
这些操作说明书是所供货选粉机的有机组成,应保存在选粉机操作台附近, 以便于在安装、操作、维护时使用。 These introductions are parts of supplied separator. In order to use the introduction when installation, operation, and maintenance, it should be kept on the side of operation platform .

2.1 产品概述 Product introduction O-SEPA 选粉机又称水平涡流选粉机,是我公司在引进日本小野田技术 的基础上经过不断改进和完善后的新型粉体分级设备,广泛用于水泥工业对 粉状物料或其他工业相当物料的分级。它具有高产低耗、处理量大、操作维 护简单、产品颗粒级配尺寸范围窄等特点。 O-SEPA separator, one vortex air flow separator utilizing horizontal vortex air flow principal, is one new improved powder classifying equipment which was imported by our company from Onoda Cement Corporation in Japan. It is applied in powder material and other similar material in cement industry. It has the characteristics of high output, low consumption, large capacity, simple operation, low maintenance, narrow size of product particle, and etc. 2.2 环境说明 Environment instruction 使用环境要求:Requirements of application: 温度 Temp.-20℃~+40℃; 湿度 humidity≤50%(at 40℃),≤90%(at 20℃) 海拔 altitude≤1000meter 贮运环境要求:Requirements of storing and transportation: 温度 Temp.-25℃~+55℃;24 小时之内 in 24 hours;≤70℃ 2.3 现场说明 Site instruction 选粉机的工作地点必须满足 5 米以上的起吊空间,工作场所的照明为 300Lux 且不能存在影响安全的阴影、眩目或频闪。主电机要有 CE 认证,其控制系统要有 过流过载保护装置,独立的启动、停止装置和防止断电后重新上电自启动功能,

且主电机要有接地保护。 The work site of separator must have a lift space which height is at least 5 meter, the illumination is 300Lux. Shadow, dizziness and frequency flash, which can influence safety, are forbidden. CE is needed for the main motor, which should have over currency protector, independent startup, stopping device , the function of forbidding self startup after power is off, and the function of grounding protecting . 选粉机要有一个电源主隔离开关,并满足以下要求: (1)带或不带保险的隔 离开关(符合 IEC60974-3、AC-23B)(2)必须且仅有一个 OFF 和一个 ON 两个 ; 位置,用“O”和“I”标识; (3)所有触头断开前,不应当指示“OFF”位置, 靠足够的行程间隙和明显的标志来保证; (4)有一个灰或黑色的手柄; (5)提供 一个可在 OFF 位置上锁定的装置(5)具有足够的切断能力。各种型号选粉机所用 电机的数据参看表二,选粉机所用稀油站拥有声光报警装置,在其温度达到 70℃ 以上或压力达到一定程度时(详细情况参看稀油站说明书)它会鸣笛报警,以便 使处在危险区域的人员尽快撤离危险区。 The separator should have one main power isolation switch, and should have such requirements as follows(1)isolation switch with or without insurance(accord with IEC60974-3,AC-23B);(2)must have only one OFF and one ON, which are marked with “O” “I” and (3)OFF is not marked before all contact are isolated, this is guaranteed by enough journey clearance and obvious mark;(4)have one gray or black hand;(5)provide one lock device on OFF position(6)have enough cut off ability.The main parameters of every type motor are listed in table 2. Sound and light alarm device in lubrication system, which can alarm when temperature exceeds 70℃ or pressure reaches to one

3. 安全说明(此说明所用标识均可参看“注意事项” ) Safety introductions (all the mark used can refer to notice)
3.1 操作者的要求 Requirements for operator 3.1.1 在中心控制室中,要求操作者穿防静电的衣服、绝缘底鞋。 Operators in central control room must put on static electricity proof clothes and insulation shoe. 3.1.2 现场操作者进行巡检时,由于噪声大于 85dB,要求戴防护罩,若粉尘大于 50mg/m3 时,要求戴防尘口罩。 If noise value exceeds 85dB, the operator must wear ear protection when he (she) checks machine. If the density of powder is larger than 50mg/m3, the operator must wear respirator 3.2 特殊危险 Special danger

3.2.1 根据减速机的操作条件,减速机的表面温度会超过 55° C,有烫伤的危险!施 工方在减速机安装结束后,要在适当的位置放置防烫伤警告标识! According to the operating condition of reducer, its surface temperature will exceed 55° there is danger of scald! High temperature warning mark is required to set C, in convenient place right after the reducer is installed. 3.2.2 在运转不正常的情况下,选粉机的主壳体由于磨机来料的加温也会造成其温 度升高超过 55° 有烫伤的危险!施工方在磨机安装结束后,要在适当的位置放 C, 置防烫伤警告标识! The temperature of main housing of separator will exceed 55° due to feeding C material from mill when machine run abnormally. There is danger of scald! High temperature alarm mark is required to set in convenient place right after the reducer is installed. 3.2.3 在选粉机正常运转时,请不要打开检查门! Don’t open the inspection door when the machine runs! 3.2.4 进入操作与维修地点的梯子及平台要求使用防滑钢板制作并满足 EN ISO 14122-1,2,3,4 的要求,以避免滑倒和跌落危险。 (梯子和平台的制作符合附录 A-----EN ISO 14122-1,2,3,4 的要求) The ladder which be used to operating and maintenance and flat platform must be made by skid proof steel and satisfy the requirement of EN ISO 14122-1, 3, Thus, 2, 4. danger of slip and drop can be avoided(the ladder and platform are manufactured according to appendix A---- EN ISO 14122-1,2,3,4) 注意! 选粉机不适于在容易发生爆炸的地点使用。在工作场地容易发生

safety requirement must be complied when there is an easy explosion environment. 3.3 环境保护的要求 Requirements of environment protection 3.3.1 当更换润滑油的时候要将用过的润滑油收集在一个合适的容器之内。凡是洒 在地上的润滑油都要按照 MSDS 的要求及时进行处理 Used lubricant should be collected in one convenient vessel when the lubricant is needed to be changed. The lubrication oil splashed on the ground is needed to disposal according to the requirement of MSDS. 3.3.2 检修时更换下的轴承、油封、螺栓、螺母、耐磨材料、废机油和油渣等废弃 物应依照当地相关的法律法规进行处理。 Bearings, oil seal, bolt, nut, wearable material, machine oil, oil residue, etc. replaced during repairing must be disposed according to local laws and regulations

3.4 设备的标识 Mark of the equipment
3.4.1 在一、二次风阀、检查门(壳体、灰斗)的操作手柄上分别标注带有 ON、OFF 的标示牌。

4. 结构概述及工作原理 Structure description and work principle 4.1 结构概述(包括安装地基的要求) structure description (including requirement of installation foundation) 本机如图 1 所示,主要由壳体部分、回转部分、传动部分和润滑系统组成。 This machine consists of housing part, rotary part, driving part and lubricating system shown in Fig. 1 壳体部分主要由壳体、进料斗、弯管组成。在壳体内装有导向叶片、缓冲板、 空气密封圈,壳体侧面及顶盖设有检查门。壳体部分或全部及弯管内均贴有耐磨 陶瓷片,进料斗、导向叶片和缓冲板各处均喷涂耐磨材料或由 HARDOX500 钢板 制成,灰斗内以形成料衬来防止磨损。壳体上部承受选粉机回转部分和传动部分 的重量。 The housing assembly consists of housing, material inlets and outlets. Guide vane, buffer plate and air seal ring are installed in the housing; inspection door is installed on both the top cover and the side of housing. Wearable ceramic is lined on inner surface of the most part or whole of housing and bend pipe. The feed inlets; guide vane and buffer plate are lined with abrasion resistant material or HARDOX500 steel. The hopper is lined with steel hoops, which will form a material lining to resist wear. The top of the housing bears the weight of rotary and drive assembly. 回转部分由转子、主轴、主轴套、轴承等组成。转子用键或以法兰与主轴联 结,主轴通过传动部分的驱动而转动。 The rotary assembly consists of rotor, main shaft, main shaft sleeve and bearings, and so on. The rotor is fixed on the main shaft with key, or by flange connected with the

main shaft. The main shaft rotates with the driving of drive assembly. 转子由撒料盘、水平及垂直隔板、转子轴套等联结而成,转子是选粉机的重 要部分。主轴及滚动轴承均安装在主轴套内,轴承用干油或稀油润滑,采用橡胶 骨架油封及气封进行密封。 The rotor, as the important part of the separator, consists of dispersing plate, horizon and vertical partition plates, and rotor sleeve, etc. The top plate, onto which the feed drops, is lined using abrasion resistant steel. The rotor is attached to the end of a shaft supported by a spherical thrust beating at the top and a spherical roller bearing at the bottom. The bearings are lubricated by grease or a circulating oil system. Rubber seal and air seal are used at the lower bearing to achieve an effective barrier from the product laden gas stream. 传动部分由卧式调速电机、 卧式减速机、 弹性柱销联轴器、 减速机底座等组成。 通过联轴器与回转部分与主轴联结。 Drive assembly consists of regulating-speed motor, horizontal reducer, spring coupling and support of the reducer. It is connected with rotary and main shaft through the coupling. 润滑系统由稀油站或干油站与其联结管路组成。如果减速机自身不带润滑装 置,主轴承和减速机可共用一个稀油站;如果减速机自带润滑装置,主 轴承单独用一个稀油站(干油站),此时稀油站的规格可适当减小。 A circulating lubrication oil system consists of circulating lubricating or greasing station and linking pipeline. If the reducer without lubrication device, main bearing and reducer can use the same one circulating system, otherwise, the only the main bearing is

4.2 工作原理 Work principle 粉磨后的物料喂入选粉机的进料溜子后落在转子的撒料盘上,由于转子的旋 转和固定缓冲板的作用,物料被均匀地撒向转子和导流叶片间的环型选粉区,在 旋转气流的作用下,根据离心力和向心力的平衡原理,达到有效分级,合格细粉 通过转子叶片后通过出风口排出后被收集设备收集下来,粗颗粒向下经三次风的 进一步分选后经灰斗排出。 In this separator, the raw material is fed from the feeding inlet, and then dispersed at the dispersion plate situated at the top of rotor. Dispersed material flows to the outside of the dispersion plate by means of centrifugal force, then fall to the separation chamber after colliding with the collision plate. Fallen material is injected into the vortex airflow in a tangential direction to the rotor’s rotation. This movement is formed by means of a complex force between the free vortex flow, generated by guide vanes, and the forced vortex flow generated by the high speed rotating rotor. Classification of materials is achieved by a balance of forces between the centrifugal force and the force of inwardly moving air flow. Fine particle passing the vane of rotor is collected by collector through air outlet, while course particle is rejected through hopper after the tertiary air classification

5. 安装及要求 Installation and requirements
安装前应对主要部件进行检查,消除运输过程中的变形,核对基础尺寸, 并做好吊装及临时放置的准备工作。 Check the main parts before installation, remove distortion during transportation, check foundation dimension, and prepare to lift and set temporarily.

5.1 主壳体的安装 Installation of main housing 按照图 2 所示的四个提升点,将主壳体置于基础上,确认一次风、二次风入 口符合设计要求,调整基础上垫片,使壳体上支承支架面的水平误差在±2mm,拧 紧螺栓。 According to the four lift position shown in Figure 2, the main housing is lifted on the foundation. Make sure that primary air and secondary air are complied with the requirements of design. Horizontal tolerance of support of the housing is within ± 2mm by adjusting cushions on the foundation, then screw down the bolts.

5.2 弯管安装 Installation of bending pipe 在主壳体的法兰上装好密封垫,利用弯管上的吊环将其提起,按图纸的要求 安放于主壳体上,并在支承托架下垫适当厚度垫片(如果有次支架时) ,拧紧法兰 及其主联结螺栓。 Set the air seal on the flange of the main housing, lift the seal on the housing by utilizing the hook of the bend as required in the drawing, and add cushion with propriety thickness under the support(if there is sub-support) and . Tighten the flange and the main bolts. 5.3 支架安装 Installation of drive assembly support 将装配好的支架放置于主壳体之上,每根立柱下放一 12mm 厚的垫片,借助于 提顶螺栓 (小型机无此螺栓) 调整垫片厚度, 使支架顶部的水平误差不超过 0.5mm/m, 然后拧紧联结螺栓。 Position the assembled frame on the main housing placing 12mm of shims under column. Install the bolts and thread on the nuts, but, do not tighten. Using the jacking bolts and by removing shim plates, levels the machined portion of the drive support frame. Level the frame to within 0.5mm per meter and securely tighten all bolts. 5.4 主轴部分的安装 Installation of main shaft 利用轴套顶部的吊环提起轴,使其润滑油的出入方向正确,通过调整支架下 的垫片及水平位置,使轴套与主壳体在圆周六个等方向的径向误差小于±3mm,并 在四个方向检查其垂直度,然后安装轴套的支承杆,并拧紧螺栓。 Lift the shaft assembly by utilizing lifting lugs at top of shaft housing. Make certain that the oil inlet and outlet are oriented correctly with respect to the oil outlet

hole in the exit duct. Insure that the shaft is plumb by placing a machinist level on the machined portion of the shaft at four positions 90°from each other. Adjust, if

necessary, by utilizing the jacking bolts on the duiev columns and shims. Measure at six locations. All six measurements should be the same±3mm.Then, install the shaft housing support rods and tighter the bolts. 5.5 转子安装 Installation of the rotor 对于 N3000 及以下型选粉机转子与轴是通过键、螺母相联结,对于 N3500 及以 上型选粉机机,则是用法兰相联结,按图 3 所示方式起吊,调整就位后安装,并 使转子和主壳体的两密封圈间的间隙如图 4 所示。其间隙大小符合表四的规定: For O-sepa sizes N-3000 or smaller, the rotor is connected with shaft through key and nuts, while for N3500 or larger, flange is used .Figure 3 shows the method of lifting. Figure 4 shows the clearance between the two seal rings of rotor and housing after adjusting and installation. The clearance is complied with Table 4. 表4 密封圈间的间隙

对于垂直间隙不符合要求时在松开支架及支承连杆的螺栓后,通过增减支架 与主壳间的垫片数量来调整,对于径向间隙,不符合要求时,则通过在水平方向 移动支架位置来调整。 For vertical clearance that does not meet requirements, it is adjusted by adding or

removing the amount of shims between support and main housing after the bolts connected with support and support column are loosened; while for radial clearance that does not meet requirements, the method of moving support horizontally is used to adjust the clearance. 在确认回转部分(主要指转子和轴)转动灵活,轻快,旋转平稳后,拧紧所 有的联结螺栓,并在轴套法兰与支架底板两处钻绞孔,并插入定位销子。 Make sure that rotary assembly (referring rotor and shaft) rotates agilely, lightly and smoothly, tighten all bolts, then bore and twist holes in shaft sleeve flange and support motherboard , at last insert positioning pin.

injuring local people. 5.6 传动装置的安装(小心安装和处理此部分) Installation of drive assembly (be careful to install and deal with this part) 在选粉机主轴及减速机输出轴上分别安装好连轴器,将减速器连同其支座一 起按图纸要求放于下部支架上,调整联轴器的轴向间隙及径向跳动,使其符合图 纸要求及联轴器安装要求,拧紧联结螺栓,在两处钻孔,插入销子,并在联结缘 处实施点焊,最后安装减速器输入轴及电机半联轴器,并使它们亦符合该联轴器 有关要求。 Install one half of the coupling on the shaft and one half on the low speed reducer shaft. Position the reducer on top of the reducer support and align the low speed shaft with the O-Sepa shaft to within the tolerances allowed by the coupling manufacturer. Shim the reducer support bolts as per the assembly drawing and assemble the low speed coupling together. Drill and ream the reducer support flange in two places as shown on the assembly drawing and insert roll pins. Weld the connecting part of flange. Do not locate the lube system farther than 10 meters from the O-sepa as well. Return pipe should be sloped a minimum of 1750mm per meter. tighten that there will be no air leaks. (3)用手转动选粉机转子应自由、灵活。 Check all circuit for accuracy and tighten connections. Before applying power to any rotating member, check its freedom of motion by turning it manually.

6.试运转 Performance test
安装检查合格后方能进行试运转。 Performance test doesn't start until the inspection of the installation is qualified. 6.1 在转子最高转速下,连续进行 2~4 小时空载运转应满足下列要求: An acceptance test of 2~4 continuous hours of no-load operation under the maximum rotation speed of rotor should meet the following requirements: (1) 转动平稳,无异常振动和杂音。

The rotor rotates smoothly without any abnormal vibration or sound. (2) 各轴承温升不超过 30℃。 The rising temperature of each bearing doesn't exceed 30℃ (3) 润滑油要求洁净,用过滤纸检查,不得有任何污迹,油管通畅,润滑良好。 The lubricant is clean, check it with filter paper, the oil pipe is clear. (4) 所有监视检测仪表及控制系统,均应灵敏准确。 All monitor instruments and control systems are sensitive and accurate. (5) 观察、检测并记录电流波动情况。 Observe, Inspect and write down the wave of electricity currency (6) 检查并拧紧各联接螺栓。 Check and tighten all the bolts. (7) 空气量的分配。 Distribution of air volume 在空负荷测试运转中将一、二、三次进风口处的阀门按下列风量要求调节合适 位置并固定好阀门。 During no load test, the following specified instructions apply to adjusting valves on the primary, secondary and tertiary air inlet duct to suitable position as follows. 一次空气占总空气量的 71.25% The primary air volume is 71.25% of the total air volume. 二次空气占总空气量的 23.75% The secondary air volume is 23.75% of the total air volume. 三次空气占总空气量的 5%

The tertiary air volume is 5% of the total air volume 6.2 负荷试运转 Load test 无负荷试运转合格后,方能进行负荷试运转,加载程序,可按磨机运转计划 进行。负荷运转中除满足无负荷运转要求外尚需满足下列要求: After the no load test is qualified, conduct a load test. The procedure for adding load is done with the mill operation plan.The load test shall meet the following requirements besides the no load test's: (1) 各轴承温升不得超过 40℃。 The rising temperature value of each bearing doesn't exceed 40 Celsius. (2) 各联接部位和密封部位,密封良好,不得有漏风、漏灰、漏油现象。 Be sure that all joint and seal places are secured without air, dust and oil leakage. (3) 电动机电流正常。 Electric current of the motor is normal.

7.操作、维护及检修 Operation, maintenance and overhauling
7.1. 开车前的检修 Inspection before starting an O-sepa separator (1)转子旋转平稳无卡滞现象。 The rotor rotates smoothly. (2)减速器的润滑装置是否正常。 Check if the lubrication device of reducer is in good condition. (3)主轴套内是否充满足够量的油。 Check if there is enough oil in main shaft sleeve. (4)主电机的转向。

Check the rotating direction of the main motor. (5)润滑系统的仪表齐全管路畅通。 The instruments of the lubrication system are complete and the pipes are clear. (6)检查拧紧个连结螺栓。 Check and tighten all bolts. 7.2. 开车前的检修 Starting

sequence

(1)开启收尘器及其系统风机(注意:风机调节板逐渐的开大) 。 Start the dust collector and dust collector fan(note: The adjust plate of fan should open gradually). (2)开 O-Sepa 选粉机。 Start the O-sepa. (3)开磨机的输送装置。 Start the mill rejects conveyor. (4)开磨机。 Start the mill. (5)开磨机的喂料设备。 Start the mill feeding equipment. 7.3.停车顺序 Stopping sequence 停车顺序与开车顺序相反。 The stopping sequence is usually the reverse of the starting sequence. 7.4.操作 Operation

(1) 风量的控制 The control of the air quantity 第一、二次进风口处的空气调节阀门工作时基本上是全开的,当来自积灰点 的粉尘发生飞散时可关小些调节阀门。三次风进口处的空气调节阀门基本上是开 50%。 Open air valves on the primary and secondary air inlet duct full turn, when powder from hopper disperse, adjust the openness of valves smaller. Open air valve on the tertiary air inlet duct 1/2 turn. (2) 转速的控制 The control of the rotational speed 在本机所注明的转速范围内可进行调整,可通过变化转子转速来调节产品细 度,转速高则产品细(既比面积高) 。另外不提倡用调节风量来改变细度,因为风 量比规定值增大或减少,都会影响选粉效率及颗粒的级配。 The adjustment of product fineness can be accomplished by changing the rotational speed of the rotor. Higher rotational speed results in finer product fineness (Higher Blaine). The fineness can not be normally changed by adjusting the amount of air flow, because the changeable amount will affect classification efficiency and grade of particle size. (3) 维护 Maintenance ①. 注意选粉机运转的平稳,如发现异常的振动和噪音,应及时停机,检查排除。 原因可能是由于回转部分不平衡的磨损,或不均匀的撒料冲击,及轴承润滑处不 正常的润滑所引起。 Be care of the balancing of the separator, once occurrence of abnormal vibration and noise should timely shut it down and remove the breakdown. The reasons may be unequal wear or uneven distribution of material on the rotating parts, and abnormal lubrication of bearings. ②. 主轴承温度不得超过 65℃。 The temperature of the main bearing should not exceed 65℃. ③. 注意各轴承及润滑系统的流离、压力、冷却水的温度、过滤器的进出口压力

等,发现不正常现象应及时排除。 Be care of the oil flow, pressure of each bearing and lubrication system, temperature of cooling water and the pressure of the filter inlet and outlet, phenomenon which occurs should be removed timely. ④. 注意轴、轴承及各联结处的密封(包括油封)若有磨损,应立即更换。 Inspect the individual component of the separator at suitable interval, if they have become worn, should be replaced at once. ⑤. 各风管、管道定期清灰,防止粉尘积累。 Each air duct, pipe is cleaned regularly, prevent it from dust accumulation. ⑥. 各风管处要防止雨水进入,以免粉尘结块。 Prevent each of air pipes from entering of rain water so that particle can not be agglomerated. ⑦. 第一次加入的润滑油经过运转一个月后,必须更换新油。若长期停止运转时, 周围温度在 10℃以下时,应将机内润滑油排出。 New lubrication oil must be replaced lubricant first injected after one month running. If the machine have not run for a long time and the ambient temperature is below 10℃, the lubricant in separator should be drawn off. ⑧ 采用干油润滑方式,每班(8 小时)补充一次 150g 润滑油。 When Grease lubrication is applied, 150g lubricant is supplemented every work period (8 hours). ⑨表5 润滑方式 abnormal

(4)检修 erhauling 选粉机的检修在停机数分钟后,待机内物料沉降后,才能打开检修门,进行 检修时一定在电器开关控制处挂上明显标牌“正在检修” 。检修完毕后,由原挂者 取下,绝对禁止随意开车。 Not open inspection door until shut the O-sepa down and wait several minutes. Hang a obvious sign“Being overhauled”on the electric switch during the overhauling. Take the sign down by the hanger after the overhauling is over, absolutely forbid starting the O-sepa separator at will.

separator until the electricity power is cut off and lockout. 为了重新安装的方便,对拆卸的 部位视情况作相互配合的标记。 Disassembled parts are marked for assembling. 主要拆卸顺序: Main disassembling procedures are as follows: ① 切掉电源线路。 Cut off electric power. ② 拆掉管路。 Remove the oil supply pipe, air purging pipe and protection pipe. ③ 拆主轴同减速器的联接,再将电机连同减速器一同拆下。 Disconnect the main shaft with the reducer, then dismantle the

motor along with the reducer. ④ 拆掉轴套同壳体联接板。 Dismantle the joined plate between shaft sleeve and housing. ⑤ 拆掉弯管上部盖板及密封。 Dismantle the cover on the top bend part and air seal. ⑥ 用千斤顶或其他装置支承回转部分,拆掉主轴锁紧螺母或连接法兰的螺栓。 Support the rotary part by jack, remove the lock nuts of main shaft or bolts connected with flange ⑦ 拆下主轴套上部法兰同支座的连接螺栓。 Dismantle connect bolts between top flange of main shaft sleeve and support. ⑧ 拆下主轴套下部后盖可将油倒出。 Dismantle the cover at the bottom of the main shaft housing, and then pour the oil.

⑨ 拆下主轴联轴器及压盖可抽出轴进行检修。 Remove the coupling of main shaft then draw out shaft to check. 检修的主要内容:

The main content of overhauling is as follows:
① 各轴承磨损情况、清除轴承、及轴套内油渣,进行必要的更换。 Replace each worn bearing, get rid of oil residue in the

bearings and the shaft housing and replace ② 各连接处的密封及轴承的油封及轴承的油封磨损, 注意油封的两唇间用锂基 润滑脂充满。 Check if there is wear about seal of various joint and seal of bearings connect Oil seal having two lips requires lithium grease to be filled. ③ 减速器中齿轮、轴承等磨损情况。 Inspect worn. ④ 各连接螺栓、螺母是否松动及损坏。 Whether loosen or broken bolts and nuts. ⑤ 清除壳体管道的粘着粉尘。 Clear adhesive dust in the housing duct away. ⑥ 润滑油最少每年更换一次。 Lubrication oil is replaced once per year at least. ⑦ 各仪表的灵敏。 Check each instrument’s sensitivity. ⑧ 壳体及弯管、保护套、轴套处贴装的陶瓷片如有磨损破碎应更换。下料斗、 导向叶片、撒料盘、缓冲板等喷涂的耐磨材料如有磨损或脱落,应及时更换或 修补。 Ceramic shims are coated on the housing, bend, protection duct and shaft housing, if they have become worn, should be replaced.
