过去的 2014 年,中国经济和社会发展进入了新常态,房地产行业步入了下半场。面临经济下行及行业调 整的巨大压力,身处建筑设计服务行业的我们应该如何应对?其它行业的发展路径和成功经验带给我们许 多重要启示。 不管是德国工业 4.0( 第四次工业革命 ),还是中国制造 2025,无一不强调数字化、网络化和智能化,无一 不强调信息化与工业化的深入融合发展。我们相信,这也是建筑设计服务行业当前及今后发展的方向和必 由路径。 基准方中信息化的探索和实践最早始于 2004 年,至今已走过近 12 个年头。12 年来,我们在 IT 基础部署、 二维协同平台、项目管理器、ZCTool 工具箱、人本工时管理、办公自动化 OA、档案管理、设计项目管理、 BIM 研究等方面进行了广泛深入的研究应用,有力推动了组织与业务流程运作的规范化和系统化,显著提 升了公司的整体效率和设计质量,是公司提质增效和强化核心竞争力的主要推动力量。 为了更好的顺应行业发展需求,今年 5 月,三维信息建筑设计研究室正式升级为基准方中 BIM 设计研究中 心。公司希望这次升级能更好地整合资源,发挥集团的整体优势,推动“全流程、全专业、精细化、参数 化的 BIM 设计”进一步走向成熟,为公司倡导的精细化节约化设计 2.0 版的发展策略提供有力支撑,并成 为公司品牌和竞争力的重要组成部分 。
In the past 2014, China’s economic and social development entered a new normalcy, while real estate industry stepped into the 2nd half of the game. Facing the economic downturn and the huge pressure of industrial adjustment, how should people in architectural design service industry like us respond? Other industries’ development paths and successful experience brought us much important enlightenment. No matter Germany’s Industry 4.0 (the 4th Industrial Revolution) or “Made in China 2025”, all stress digitization, networking, intelligence, all emphasize the deep integrated development of informatization and industrialization. We believe this also is the development direction and path that architectural design service industry must take at present and will take in the future. JZFZ’s exploration and practice of informatization first started in 2004. Now nearly 12 years has passed. Over the 12 years, we have had broad and deep research and application in IT basic deployment, 2d collaboration platform, project administrator, ZCTool kit, humanistic man-hour management, office automation, archives management, design project management, BIM research and other aspects, greatly promoted organization and business process operation’s standardization and systematization, and obviously improved the company’s overall efficiency and design quality. We are the company’s main driving force to improve quality, efficiency, and strengthen the core competitiveness. To adapt to the industry’s development demand better, in May this year, 3D Information Architectural Design Studio was officially promoted to JZFZ’s BIM Design Research Center. The company hopes this promotion can integrate resources better, give play to the group’ s overall advantage, drive“whole-process, professional, refined, parametric BIM design” further toward maturity, provide the Refined Economical Design 2.0 development strategy advocated by the company with powerful support, and become an important part in the company’s brand and competitiveness.

“Whole-process, professional, refined, parametric BIM design” By means of BIM design, we provide whole-process BIM design services from planning, project design, to final construction drawing. Different from many designing institutes, our work mode is 2D design based drawing inspection. From project design, we finish all tasks in each stage based on BIM design platform, till BIMx delivery for guiding construction sites. Architectural, structure, electromechanical collaborative design based on BIM platform gives play to advantages like 3D visualization and BIM design’s conflict checking and other functions, can discover and solve problems in design stage as early as possible, and improve the effectiveness of the synergy between different domains. Technological Means

1. 专业工具——未来的建筑设计趋向自由化,精进自身的技术手段是必 要的。一招先吃遍天的方式在未来竞争中已无法满足设计需求。 (ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper,Sketchup,MagiCAD,Revit) 标准化建设——毫无疑问 BIM 设计将是未来的趋势,但在 BIM 设计发展

1. Professional tools——future architectural design tends to liberalization. It’s necessary to enhance our technological means. The way to “win the world by one step ahead” won’t be able to meet the design requirements in future competition. (ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, MagiCAD, Revit)

3. 精细化设计——“粗犷设计”就是现在国内建筑设计市场的现状,可 以说这样的设计方式是满足大发展市场下的必要手段。但随着市场变化, 这样的设计方式也要慢慢的转型。 BIM 设计使得我们可以更直观、也必须要更深入的去了解建筑的各个细 节,以前二维设计中被忽略或是不易发现的问题都将更多的暴露出来, 带来的好处就是减少施工现场返工。 成本预控——成本控制一直都是客户关注的焦点,通过 BIM 精细化设计 使得我们可以针对一些用户比较关心,在成本预控中占比较大的点进行 量的统计。提供设计变更中带来的量的增加,从而判断对成本的影响。 4. 施工指导——BIM 设计的一大特点就是模型和图纸始终是在一个文件 中的,并且模型和图纸有着相互关联的特性。

3. Refined design——“rough design” is the current situation of domestic architectural design market. We can say such design methods are a necessary way to satisfy the market in great development. But as the market changes, such design methods also need gradual transformation. BIM design makes us able to and must learn a building’s every detail more directly and deeply. More problems ignored or hard to discover in 2D design before will be exposed. The benefit is the reduction of construction site doing over. Cost pre-control——cost control has always been a focus of clients’ attention. Through BIM refined design, we can do quantitative statistics for points that users care and count for more in cost pre-control, provide the increase of quantity brought by design changes, and judge the influence on cost.

We also can influence shapes through external parameters, such as sunlight, winds, light, heat and other physical conditions. The exploration of parametric design enables us to conduct deep coordinated design for complex shape projects, make shaping, positioning and construction delivery more controllable, and reach the project design’s initial effect in the end.

By installing BIMX software on IPAD and other mobile devices, we can browse BIM design results conveniently, quickly and accurately find the node information we need, switch between models and drawings quickly, manage construction sites more effectively, and thus reduce the frequency of using paper drawings on site, and really realize all data in our grasp. Parameter driving——similar to the concept of library in 2D design, libraries in BIM design have more function extensions and are more complicated. We need to estimate 2D and 3D expressions at the same time. By customizing libraries to meet project localization demand, we can finish BIM design tasks faster and more easily, and reach the balance between end product quality and design efficiency.

Parametric Application

【计算器辅助 - 设计生成自动化】 “设计生成自动化”就是针对某一问题给予计算器特有逻辑,让其使用 此逻辑去反复地求出符合逻辑的最佳解。并在计算器每次求出最佳解后, 添加新的控制规则, 使问题本身在遴选过程不断被优化, 最终得出具有 “最 佳合理性”之设计解答。 【应用手段 -Processing+Arduino+gHowl+Grosshopper】 1、Processing 是针对编程可视化的第一主调,在既有数据的情况下, 可自由给予计算器思考逻辑,使计算器如同上述般去不断地运算出设计 的最优解。 2、Arduino 可运用外部传感器 (senson) 收集对问题本身具有影响的数 据并回传至 processing,作为设计优化的参考数据。 3、GHowl+Grosshopper 做为接收 procdssing 可在其基础上做可视 化调整,并加入美学概念,使设计作品兼得人性与美学。 【举例 -Autonomous Agents】 Autonomous Agents(自主代理)可以笼统定义为:由大量小规模离散 个体组成,有涌现和自组织行为的群体基于向量轨迹的形态生成过程。 譬如,蚁群算法和 kokkugia 的集群智慧 (swarm intelligence)。其特征 是系统由大量无规则运动的个体组成,通过相近个体间互相吸引 / 排斥 / 领航的行为来模拟生物学中的集体行为。

CAD Automation——Design Automation “Design Automation” means to give a computer a special logic for a problem, and let it use this logic repeatedly search for the best solution that conforms to the logic, and add new control rules every time after the computer gets the best solution, to make the problem optimized in the process of selection, and get the “most reasonable” design solution in the end. Application means——Processing+Arduino+gHowl+Grosshopper 1. Processing is the first keynote for programming visualization. With exiting data, we can freely give computers the logic of thinking, to make computers keep computing the best design solution as stated above. 2. Arduino can use external sensors to collect data that influences the problem and send back to processing, as reference data for design optimization. 3. GHowl+Grosshopper as receiving processing can have visualization adjustments on the basis, and add aesthetic concepts to make design works have both humanity and aesthetics. Example: Autonomous Agents Autonomous Agents can be generally defined as the vector locus based form generation process of groups consist of lots of small discrete units and have emergence and self-organizing behaviors. For example, ant colony algorithm and kokkugia’s swarm intelligence. The feature is the system is made up of lots of units of random movements that simulate biological collective behaviors through close units’ mutual attraction/ exclusion/navigation.

The project’s general conception complies with the following principles: create first-class commercial consumption experience; create a high-value and attractive office and home environment; build a landmark for surrounding buildings and the whole city; stress “people first” design idea, handle well the relations between people and buildings, people and environment, people and traffic, people and space, people and people. Give overall consideration to the harmony between buildings, roads, green space, to create a natural, comfortable, harmonious environmental space; stick to the principle of unified social benefit, environmental benefit a n d e co n o m ic be n e fit, a llo ca te n a tura l resources rationally, optimize the structure of land use, construct supporting facilities; stick to the principle of being practical, economical and beautiful, actively adopt new materials, new equipment, and new technologies; carry out design principles of environmental protection, safety and sanitation, forestation, fire control, people’s air defense, energy conservation, land conservation. This project won the 3rd Award for Design in the 2nd National BIM (Building Information Modeling) Contest in 2013.

设计的出发点构思来源于北极光所产生的七彩 颜色,它代表了自然界色彩的来源。将七种颜 色提取出来,运用到我们主要的七栋塔楼上面, 形成“七色彩虹”之式,七色彩虹桥将成都跟 新都联系联系在一起,成为成都于新都之间的 彩色纽带。树立了鲜明的形象,有效地提高了 大众对项目的认知度。 The design’s idea originated from the 7 colors produced by aurora borealis, which represents the origin of natural colors. We extracted 7 colors and used them on our 7 main towers, to form the “7-color rainbow” style. 7-Color Rainbow Bridge connected Chengdu and Nordic City, and became a colorful bond between Chengdu and Nordic City. It established a distinct image and effectively improved the public’s recognition of the project.

The whole project blended materials and colors representing Northern Europe in every building detail, and embellished the urban space with sculptures reflecting local traditional life. 基地分成两个地块,2 号地块和 5 号地块,两个 地块之间有地铁 2 号线斜向穿过,形成一条宽 39 米的景观长廊,成为项目设计条件的一大特 点。

本方案希望利用中间的景观视觉长廊来将两个 地块的景观因素和商业气氛联系起来,设置建 筑柔性界面,而临城市道路一侧则通过刚性界 面形成完整连续的商业界面。通过柔性界面和 刚性界面相结合,形成整体方案的总体布置。

The base is divided into 2 lots, Lot No. 2 and Lot No. 5. Metro Line No.2 goes between the 2 lots, forming a 39m wide landscape corridor, which is a big feature of the project’s design conditions. This plan wants to use the landscape visual corridor in the middle to connect the 2

There are many art organizations around the area, including Blue Roof Art Center that develops day by day, XLY MoMA that enjoys exceptional advantages, Bailuwan Artistic Creation Base as if formed by nature. It is the third generation international urban complex made by Wanda Group from Dalian which is going to be the new developing engine in the future of Deyang, and it plays a very important role in promoting and level-upgrading of the modern service industry development of Deyang. And fundamentally, it changes the life style of Deyang people by its force as the urban complex.

The project is located in the core area of Luxe Lakes Eco-City in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu. The site is an island in a lake, surrounded by water, connected with municipal roads by bridges, and arranged with ring roads. Villas are arranged in a circle along the island. Each has an independent marina in front of the entrance and enjoys a great waterfront view. By means of post-modern design, this project uses many special shapes and changeable interior spaces to create unique luxury villas. The whole project adopts BIM to finish design, construction connection and construction management, including civil engineering, exterior decoration, indoor pipe networks, interior decoration, landscape and related work. 纸文档和成果交付。BIM 通过多样性的成果传 递方式如 Ipad 等便携设备运用,提高施工质量, 优化工程管理。 为了更好的解决防水及简化维护,项目采用大 弧度双曲面薄壳混凝土。土建施工的精度要求 很高,为此专门做了一个样板段用以解决工程 技术问题,现阶段样板段土建已经完成。BIM 提交成果对施工单位的精度控制等,模板制作 都起到了决定作用。

to entirely grasp building details, structure composition, equipment configuration, drawings and result delivery. BIM can improve construction quality and optimize project management through diversified modes of result transmission, such as the application of portable devices like iPad. To solve waterproofing and simplify maintenance better, the project adopts large radian hyperboloid shell concrete. Civil construction’s accuracy requirement is high. For this, we particularly made a sample section to solve engineering technical problems. Now the sample section’s civil construction has been finished. BIM results played a decisive role in construction unit’s accuracy control and sample making.

设计遵循售楼部的功能特点,强调建筑与环境

顶,竖向立柱,大片的透明玻璃空间,使得建 并通过自身曲线,塑造了有趣的外部空间。建 筑由一高一低两个体量组成,销售大厅办公等 空间高度 8-10m,局部设置两层用于办公,样 板房区有 6m 高的无外墙空间,方便后期销售 时灵活搭建样板房。两部分过度空间用一个倒 圆锥玻璃体的空间过度,灵活生动。

The design complies with the functional features of sales centers, and stresses the integration of building and environment. The building is suspended over the water surface and ground of the site, grand and tidy, creating a flexible and transparent atmosphere. It’s reflected or transparent to blend with the site. The declarative and sculptural building pays attention to the unity of the building group while highlighting the sales center’s character. Each functional area is arranged reasonably, stressing the division of the dynamic and static. Under the circumstance that each functional area is relatively independent, smooth and convenient communication is strengthened. Under the precondition of function fulfillment, creating interesting spatial changes is emphasized. The roof’s arc cocks up and sticks out, forceful, dynamic and declarative. In the relatively light-colored lower part, cornices stretch out to form the large roof. The columns and large transparent glass space make the building suspended over the ground, crystal and clean. Complying with the surrounding environment, through its own curves, the building forms an interesting external space. The building consists of a tall part and a low part. The sales hall and offices are 8-10m high, partially divided into 2 storeys for offices. The model house area has a 6m space with no outer wall, which makes it convenient to build model houses flexibly in later stage. The transitional space between the 2 parts uses a glass reverse circular cone, which is flexible and lively.

The Commercial Street is a supporting project of surrounding villa projects. As the whole Stone Elephant Lake Scenic Area’s main entrance, it supports the whole area. The Commercial Street is an original flavor street of European style. It integrates snack street, top grade agritainment, boutique inn, parking lot into one. A square and a tourist center are set at the entrance, to provide facilities for developing multi-day tour in the scenic area in the future.

The design takes full advantage of the site’s altitude difference, combines business lines with natural conditions, and brings the whole project site’s commercial value into full play. By reflecting on Chinese traditional “cloud pattern” symbol, the fa?ade design adopts abstract transfiguration to derive modern 3D continuous “S” lines, to form the contrast between false and true with the glass basal surface. Meanwhile, the concept of interlaced

unit glass plates contained in lines not only increases buildings’ vertical volume; the alternated black and white obscured glass plates and white lines set off each other and form a unique rhythm. In addition, the setback roof design is another highlight in this fa?ade design. It brings a new urban skyline for the area. The whole is a combination of fa?ade design elements, making the project a unique landmark community building in the area.

Luxe Lakes Eco-City is in Tianfu New Area. Lot C6-1 is located in the west area of the Eco-City, on the west of Tianfu Ave. It’s a high-rise and super high-rise residential area, in coordination with surrounding low density residential areas, business districts and scenic areas. Over looking the whole beautiful Luxe Lakes Eco-City, this lot is made up of two high rises of 11-15 storeys and one super high-rise residential building of 37 storeys. 整个项目用地不规则且呈口袋形用地,地块仅 一面与道路相接,交通组织受限较大;同时, 临街商业界面较短;地铁线横穿用地,使得土 地难以充分利用。所以,设计前期我们做了多 轮方案的比较,不仅站在设计师的立场,同时 也从销售和购房者的角度去分析问题,针对内 部景观,空间层次、视线、日照、城市界面效 果等因素进行比较,最终确定了设计方向。
The whole project site is irregular, in the shape of a pocket, and only connected with road on one side, so traffic organization is greatly restricted. Meanwhile, the streetside commercial interface is short. A metro line goes through the site, making it hard to make the best of the land. Thus, in the early stage of design, we did many rounds of plan comparison, analyzed problems not only in designers’ shoes, but also from the point of view of sales and buyers. We did comparison in aspects like internal landscape, spatial level, sight, daylight, city interface effect and other factors, and determined the design direction in the end.

在本次规划设计,我们将商业街向内延伸,形 成开放式的商业内街。6 栋高层采用半围合的布 局方式靠内布置。避免小区内部视线干扰,最 大限度保留内部景观的完整性,同时,让更多 的住户享受中心内庭的景观。整个项目设计营 造丰富的开放商业空间和宜人的内部景观。而 且从楼盘的外部形象上看,整个小区围而不堵、 空间通透、富有层次。
In this planning design, we extended the commercial street inward, to form an open commercial inner street. 6 high rises are arranged along the inner side in a half-closed layout. To avoid sight line interference in the community, we maintained the integrity of internal landscape as far as possible, meanwhile, let more residents enjoy the central landscape. The whole project’s design creates a rich open commercial space and pleasant internal landscape. Looked from the project’s external image, the whole community is enclosed but not blocked, transparent spatially and rich in layer.

整体建筑外观采用新古典主义的建筑风格,独 立商业建筑外观采用欧式和法式的建筑风格, 与高层建筑风格总体一致,又有区别,形成别 具一格的欧式商业风情街。 设计通过架空层景观渗透和适宜的楼间距形成 疏密有致、通透开放的居住环境,以错落的天 际线配以恢弘的建筑体量,动感而时尚的矗立 在繁华城市的干线上,生动诠释了全新的城市 意象,代表了一种全新的城市生活。
The overall architectural appearance adopts neoclassic architectural style. The independent commercial buildings’ appearance adopts European and French architectural styles, the same with the high rises as a whole, but also distinct from them, forming a unique European style commercial street. The design forms a transparent and open residential environment of proper density through empty space’s landscape permeation and proper building distances. The irregular skyline matched with the grand building volume dynamically and fashionably stands on the prosperous city artery, vividly interprets a new city image and represents a new urban life.

从城市界面各个方向观察,建筑分布均匀,天 际线变化错落有致,具有良好的立面效果;从 小区内部观察,围合式中庭空间,为居住者打 造专属生活空间,加强了居民的归属感与认同 感,并为居民的彼此交流提供了最佳场所。由 于大部分建筑均分布于用地周边,小区内部可 以形成大面积的中庭,便于布置绿化景观,也 使住户享有尽可能好的景观视野,提升整体居 住品质。
Observed from the city interface’s different directions, the buildings are distributed evenly, and the skyline changes irregularly and has a good elevation effect; observed from inside of the community, the enclosed central yard space creates an exclusive living space for the residents, strengthens their sense of belonging and identity, and creates the best place for the residents’ communication. Most buildings are distributed evenly around the site, so a large central yard is formed inside the community, which is convenient for arranging green landscape, enables the residents to enjoy a good view as much as possible, and improves the overall residential quality.

The project is a 3-storey kindergarten building for 12 classes, located in Qinglongchang Subdistrict, Chenghua District, Chengdu. The building is arranged on the base in a reverse “C” north-south layout, and stretches from east to west, to get good daylight and natural landscape. The main entrance is on the east side of the site, while the secondary entrance is on the north side of the site. 项目力求打造全国一流的云基地,以独到的设 计理念力求树立崭新的建筑形象,是集数据中 心、研发中心、呼叫中心及生活配套等多功能 为一体的产业园区。 云基地涉及到大量数据汇集、计算、输出,方 案设计以此为切入点,以“云”为元素,使云 计算的整个过程呈现一种自然运动状态,在建 筑形式上保证与内容统一。

项目构思为《抽象“云”》概念。园区建筑形 成三个主要组团,围合出自然的内部院落。在 中国古人的认识中,围合的内部院落是有生命 的空间,是最理想的建筑空间。古时,先哲曾 提出过“天人合一”,设计正是借鉴了这种中 国院落思想,与自然的相近、相亲、相融,创 造出一个自然内在的世界。人们在与自然和谐 相处的过程中,享受着“明月时至清风来,形 无所牵,止无所泥”的生活乐趣。

The project strives to create a national firstrate cloud base and set up a new architectural image through original design ideas. It’s a multi-functional industrial park that integrates data center, R&D center, call center and living facilities. The Cloud Base involves large amounts of data collection, calculation and output. Thus the project design took this as its entry point and “cloud” as element, to make the whole cloud computing process present a natural state of motion, and keep the architectural form unified with the content. The project’s conception is “Abstract

Cloud”. The park’s buildings form 3 main clusters, enclosing a natural internal courtyard. In ancient Chinese people’s mind, an enclosed internal courtyard is a space with life, and the most ideal architectural space. In ancient times, sages put forward the theory that “man is an integral part of nature”. The design just used this Chinese courtyard idea for reference, to create a natural inner world by getting close and intimate to nature and blended with nature. In the process of living in harmony with nature, people enjoy the fun of “bright moon, cool breeze, no forced form, no frame” in life.

The commercial buildings are arranged at the cross of Hanan Ave. and Xilin Ave., forming a better commercial atmosphere in concert with the completed commercial buildings on the west side of the cross. The high-rise hotel building and commercial podiums are in a line along the 40m municipal square reserved on the north of Hanan Ave. Such a layout not only can win good daylight and landscape sights from the south for most tenants, but also displays the high tower’s slender volume

and fashionable modern fa?ade effect on Hanan Ave. and the municipal pedestrian square in plan, creating a nice city image. The city square reserved on Hanan Ave. provides a large-sale landscape resource and broad view for the community. This project won an Honorable Mention in the 1st National BIM (Building Information Modeling) Contest in 2012.

The primary school’s canteen crawls on the ground and slowly rises from the ground. The hill and cave like space prototype provides the possibility of fun and rest. Thus, a symphony made up of stones, concrete, steels, timber, light and children’s laughter echoes in front our eyes, rising and falling with the sun and the moon.

小学行政楼是一次关于色彩和建构的探讨。西 藏美丽天空下的绚烂色彩化为大小不一的彩色 玻璃砖,白色和深灰色细料石砌筑形成的墙面 以及五彩斑斓的室内洞口。在力学规则下,神 秘的色彩得到了某种现代性的诠释。
The primary school’s administrative building is a discussion about color and structure. Under the beautiful sky of Tibet, the gorgeous colors turned into colorful glass tiles of different sizes, walls built with white and dark grey fine stones, and colorful interior entrances. Under mechanical rules, those mysterious colors got certain modern interpretation.
