载荷机架 专用的腐蚀疲劳试验载荷机架是在已经被广泛应用并认可的 CORTEST 慢应变速率应力腐蚀拉伸试验机的机 架基础上改进而成的。为了实现高频率疲劳试验，采用了全新结构的伺服电机驱动，线性执行器传动的加 载单元，因此，试验频率可高达 2Hz，同时并兼顾了一定的满速率拉伸试验的需求：最低拉伸速度可低至 10-4mm/秒。 加载机构部件采用 17-4pH 高强度工具钢，带有快速插销用于釜体的更换，同时配有操作手轮用于预加载。 多种试样夹具和连接单元，可适用于多种试验样品。
与慢应变速率应力腐蚀拉伸试验机相同，应力腐蚀疲劳试验机同样配置了一台高温高压腐蚀环境容器。标 准配置的容器采用 C276 哈氏合金实芯整体锻造而成，最大操作温度 300°C，最大操作压力 35MPa。专门用 于核工业超临界环境的试验机容器最大操作温度可扩展至 600°C。
计算机控制系统 CORTEST 公司同 National Instruments 合作， LabVIEW 平台开发了目前全球最先进的腐蚀疲劳试验软件。 在 CORTEST/NI-PXI 程序化的设备界面可以对步进电机的驱动控制进行配置，对载荷单元/LVDT 的信号进行调 整以及高压釜温度的控制/显示。
标配的软件用于系统编程和硬件控制操作、数据采集和检索。在加载控制模式下，系统可以很容易进行编 程提供闭环控制，实现恒拉伸速率、疲劳或订制循环载荷试验。CORTEST 已开发出独有的基于 LabVIEW 的 专业应用软件。

Cortest developed the Corrosion Fatigue Test System in response to the need for a flexible, programmable system for individual testing requirements.
The Corrosion Fatigue Test System from Cortest offers a wide range of specialized equipment including: a load frame, a unique closed-loop computer controlled stepper motor drive mechanism, a load train, test vessels, computer controls and data acquisition, and all necessary software. This innovative system may be purchased as a complete system or as a load frame/drive mechanism to be interfaced with a computer-controlled system. Applicable software is supplied by Cortest. This state-of-the-art equipment system permits corrosion testing simulations in a wide range of environmental conditions, temperatures, pressures, strain rates, and specimen loading cycles.
Load Frames The Cortest Corrosion Fatigue Load Frame has evolved from the widely accepted design which has proved so effective in Cortest's Constant Extension Rate Testers. Carefully designed for low compliance, the load frame consists of massive upper and lower platens, 2-_" diameter columns which are hardened and chrome plated, and a precision aligned moving platen which glides on ball bushings. Supported by a 1/4" thick welded steel base, the load frame is designed and constructed to maintain critical axial alignment. Working area between columns is 21-_", and between the platens is 30", with a total stroke of 3". The closed-loop, load controlled drive mechanism is a proprietary design which provides maximum accuracy, response, and durability. This unique drive mechanism is composed of a fine resolution stepper motor, planetary gear reducer, and ball screw actuated pull rods. In load control mode, load may be cycled accurately between programmable load limits, while stroke control mode permits programming precise axial displacement increments up to full load capacity. Extension rate can be varied from 10-3 to 10-8 inches per second. Load is sensed by a compression load cell and displacement by an LVDT. Load train components are manufactured from 17-4 PH material with quick release pins for rapid vessel change-over and a convenient hand wheel for
preload. A wide variety of specimen grips and adapters are available to accommodate different specimen configurations.
Computerized Virtual Instrument and Corrosion Fatigue (V I - CF) The alliance between National Instruments and Cortest brings the state-of-the-art LabVIEW software for Corrosion Fatigue testing. The Cortest/NI-PXI Programmable Computerized Instrument Interface comes configured with internal Stepper Motor Drive Controller, Signal Conditioner for Load Cell/LVDT and Autoclave Temperature Control/Monitor System.
Controls and Software Standard software provides for programming and controlling machine operation, data acquisition and retrieval. In load control mode, the system can easily be programmed to provide closed-loop control in either constant extension rate, fatigue, or customized loading cycles. Cortest has developed a line of unique LabView-based software for specialized applications. Controls are available in individual modules or in combination units to completely meet instrumentation needs. Primary controls include Load and Stroke modules with high and low test limit shut-off features; temperature control and display, which when used in conjunction with other Cortest units, offers automatic temperature-based initiation and shut-off.
