Advantage of LED Backlight
? Lighter in Weight
– – The thickness of LCD module can be reduced to half when it equipped thinner LCD glass & LED Backlight Module LCD Panel. Components for LED backlight is lighter. So the total weight of notebook PC can be controlled in 1Kg.

Power Saving
– LED is a directional light source. It can be easily coupled into light guide. Therefore LED Backlight gains 20-30% of power back, even LED and CCFL have similar illumination efficiency (LCM contributes 35% of total power consumption of notebook.)

Battery Life
– Conjugated low voltage CPU and other low power consumption components. The total power of notebook PC can be reduced more than 30%. Battery life can be extend.
