OBTIS Organizers
HK Logistic Development Council (LOGSCOUNCIL) and Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) jointly organize the pilot implementation

Autotoll Limited is appointed as the Official Operator to execute the pilot implementation and maintain on-going operation for 7 years

Objectives of OBTIS:
? To improve the efficiency of trucker operations by deploying an ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) solution ? Enhance the competitiveness of the Hong Kong Logistics and Trucking Industry especially for SME
