assmates would feel a little nervous in exams but usually they are able to handle it. However, a few of them are too nervous to focus their attention. Take my friend, Li Hua, for example. He is clever and hard-working. However, whenever taking part in an important test he would feel so nervous and his brain would go blank because of test anxiety. This affects not only his grades but also his self-confidence. Sometimes I feel nervous in tests. What I usually do is to make good preparations before the tests and take a deep breath if I feel nervous during the tests. Also, I think our attitude towards test results plays an important part. We should not care too much about the re sults as long as we have tried our best.
