Structure Scheme Brief Introduction Existing building 1&2 and New Mezzanine: 1) The reinforce steel of existing buildings is designed by DI, The weight of reinforce steel is about 235.647 tons after our estimation for the structural drawings provided by DI(2011,08,04). Butler will supply reinforce steel(no pre-engineered,只给型 钢,不预制,主要工作现场安装) and deliver products to jobsite ,Butler only consider dimension of drawings and don’t consider deflection、modification and machining deviation. In case the final structure drawings have something different from the present ones, Butler will change our lump-sum price accordingly 2) Mezz. beams are designed base on composited type New building: 1) Only supply roof beams、wind posts and secondaries 2) Bracing type-Roof: rod 3) Steel structure design will be finished by Butler. And we assumed the foundation has not been finished. New office: 1) Columns with mezz. are with fixed base,other columns are with pinned base 2) Bracing type-Roof: rod, wall: X type rod, there will be some interior portal frame bracing above mezz. 3) Mezz. beams are designed base on composited type 4) Steel structure design will be finished by Butler. Butler's proposal pertains only to the pre-engineered metal building materials (sometimes referred to as "products") specified herein. Other materials and services are not included unless specifically indicated otherwise. All pre-engineered metal building materials shall be designed and detailed in accordance with owner’s technical requirements, current China Codes (or US code if required and specified by customer in advance) & Butler 's standard design and manufacturing practices. Butler accepts no liability for failure to comply with codes of any other country. Butler approval drawings shall consist of anchor bolt layouts and reactions, floor plan layout, typical frame cross sections, beam sizes, and related design calculations. In case of any change or modification, Butler may revise the price accordingly. 2. Butler is responsible for the design of the anchor bolt diameter, location and projection of all anchor bolts for the metal building portion of the project. Butler will furnish an anchor bolt layout drawing(s) including bolt diameter, projection, location, and spacing of all structural anchor bolts and the magnitude and direction of column reactions. It is the responsibility of buyer or its design institute, civil contractor to ensure that adequate provisions are made for specifying bolt embedment, bearing angles, tie rods and other associated items embedded in the concrete foundation as well as the foundation design. 3. The end user or its installation company is responsible for the necessary equipment and manpower to unload these containers at the port or job site. 4. Some secondary structural field work may be required on this project. Typically overhead door structurals, door side girts and corner girts will require field modification. Other minor field modifications will be defined on the erection drawings when required. 5. Some special requirements from Buyer, like insulation thickness enough or not, relative humidity or condensation problems, etc, Buyer should consult design institute or other agencies for these issues. 6. There is a possibility of condensation caused by litepanel, so please consider the equipment and production conditions when you decide to use litepanel VALIDITY 1. This proposal will be valid for 15 days only 2. Butler assumes shipment of all materials within 4 months from the date of this proposal 18

Any variance from these 2 issues shall be talked w/ Butler PAYMENT TERMS Payment by the Buyer shall be made as follows: The terms of payment shall be mutually agreed to in writing by parties in advance of Butler’s acceptance of Buyer’s purchase order. Payment to be made in RMB. Buyer’s payment to Butler shall be made by one or more of the following methods: 1. A cash payment in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total purchase order amount inclusive of all applicable taxes at the time of Butler’s acceptance of the purchase order: or. 2. A cash down payment in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated total value of the purchase order upon Butler’s commencement of design work: thereafter, a cash payment in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase order amount received by Butler five (5) business days in advance of Butler’s scheduled manufacturing date: and thereafter, a cash payment in the full amount of the unpaid balance of the total purchase order amount received by Butler five (5) business days in advance of Butler’s scheduled shipment date DELIVERY SCHEDULE Materials will be ready to start shipment from our factory in approximately 10-12 weeks after Butler receiving this signed proposal and first payment. Our pricing assumes delivery of all materials will occur within 4 months from the date of this proposal. Anchor bolt layout drawing and building reactions will be provided approximately 1 weeks after Butler’s receipt Buyer's order.
