In reply, we regret to advise you that our end users here find your price too high and out of line with the prevailing market level, as other sellers in your neighboring countries are offering them products of the same kind at a very low price. Although we are informed that the price of the raw material in the mainland is going with an upward tendency, yet we must remind you that here at our end most of the products labeled “Made in China” can not be sold fast at a higher price in big department stores, especially at their fist stage entering the market. In view of our long-standing business relatonship and our confidence in your product’s quality, we would suggest that you consider this prospective business in its entirety and long-term interests. It would be welcome if you could reduce your price by say, 15%. We hope that suggestion is acceptable to you.
