1 GENERAL 总则 1.1 The mooring test and sea trial should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T
3471-1995 “General provisions for programming mooring and sea trials of sea going ships”. National Standard of the People’s Republic of CHINA. 系泊及航行试验根据中华人民共和国国家标准《海船系泊及航行试验通则》 (GB/T 3471-1995)的有 关规定进行。

1.2 When this vessel is completed, the shipyard should carry out mooring test and sea trial according
to this schedule. This schedule should be submitted to Owner and Classification Society for approval. The shipyard determines the sequence of each item. This schedule is used for hull part. If any contents of the test items are related to electrical or machinery parts, please find it in related document. 本船建成后, 船厂应根据本大纲进行系泊试验及航行试验, 本大纲应提交给船东确认和验船部门批准。 试验的顺序由船厂确定。本大纲适用于船体部分,如果试验项目的内容与轮机和电气部分相关,查阅其相 关文件。

1.3 If the item and the range of test are changed, the shipyard should discussed with the related
organization, and the change should be approved by Classification Society . 试验的项目和范围如有变动,船厂应会同有关单位共同商定,并经验船部门同意。 1.4 The results of each test item should satisfied with the requirement of applied Rules, Regulations, Conventions and Standards. 每个试验项目的试验结果,应符合适用的法规、规则、公约、规范或标准的规定。

1.5 The shipyard should inform Owner to attend all the test items. The Classification Society Surveyor
should attend the test item required by Classification Society. The Designer attends the relevant test item. Prior to starting of tests, persons involved should make themselves familiar with operation instructions and relevant shop design drawings. 本大纲规定的各种试验项目的试验和验收,船厂应通知船东参加。其中验船部门规定的试验项目,应 同时通知验船部门参加。设计单位参加有关的试验项目。试验前,试验有关人员应熟悉操作手册和相关的 设计图纸。

1.6 The material and equipment used on the vessel should be approved according to the survey
regulation for marine equipment, which is applied by the manufacture. The material and equipment should be installed on the vessel after they are verified eligible or approved. All the tests should be carried out when all system and ancillaries have been completed. 船舶所用的材料和产品设备,应按验船部门颂布的船用产品检验规则,由产品制造厂申请检验。检验 合格或认可后,方可装船使用。试验应在所有系统及辅助设备安装调试完毕后进行。

1.7 The equipment and instrument used in the test should have effective certificate issued by the
National Administration. 系泊试验与航行试验所使用的测试设备和仪器,应具有国家有关主管机构签发的有效合格证件。

1.8 Before sea trial, the inclining test should be carried out according to the approved schedule, and
the test report should be approved by Classification Society. 航行试验前,应按验船部门同意的标准进行倾斜试验,其试验报告应经验船部门批准认可。

1.9 Before sea trial, the shipyard should eliminate the trouble and defect detected in mooring test,
and obtained the sea trial certificate issued by Classification Society. 航行试验前,船厂应消除系泊试验中发现的故障、缺陷,并取得验船部门签发的试航证书。

1.10 During the test, the surveyor of shipyard’s quality control department should record the measurement using standard form of GB/T 3471-1995, compose the technical document and test report. It should be submitted to Owner, Classification Society and Designer as technical document and information for survey and delivery.
船厂在试验中,应使用 GB/T 3471-1995 的标准表格,由船厂的质检人员做好各种测试记录,整理出 有关的技术文件和试验报告。作为检验、交船的技术文件和资料,提交船东、验船部门和设计单位。 In general, Z-maneuver test, turning circle test, Inertia test, crash stop going ahead and astern test, general vibration test and noise measurement to be carried out only for first vessel, the above mentioned tests should be omitted for second and subsequent ships, if any, with the owner’s consent. 一般仅首制船进行 Z 形操纵试验、回转试验、惯性试验、紧急正倒车试验、船体振动试验和噪声试验。 第二条及后续船经船东同意,可免除进行上述试验。

2 Anchor and Windlass Test 锚设备及锚机试验 2.1 Test Condition 试验条件 2.1.1
Anchor windlass and its system, anchor chain, anchor and roller-type cable stopper, etc. should be installed completely. 锚机装置及其系统、锚链、锚及滚轮闸刀掣链器等安装完好;

2.2 Test Content and Procedure 试验内容及程序 2.2.1
Running test without load 空载运转试验 2.2.1.1 Continuously running the hydraulic windlass without load ahead and astern at rated work speed in 20~40min. Running ahead and astern alternatively every other 5~10min. Check gearing and each motion part if there is abnormal heat or noise of striking generating. Check working condition for hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump and valve of the hydraulic system. 液压锚机进行正、倒车空载连续全速运转 20~40min。试验时每隔 5~10min 正、倒车变换一次,观察 传动装置及各运动部件有无异常发热及敲击现象, 并检查液压马达、 液压油泵及液压系统阀件的工作情况。

2.2.2

Function Test 效用试验

2.2.2.1 Casting each anchor separately, at the same time braking two (2) times with the chain stopper, then hoisting it with the windlass. Check the flexibility of the clutch and the reliability of the brake. Check the status of the anchor and shackle passing through the hawse pipe, chain stopper and chain wheel. The anchor chain should not skip or twist on the chain wheel. Check the position of the chain stopper if it is correct. Check the fitness between the anchor fluke and anchor mouth when the anchor to be stowed. 将锚分别抛出,同时用制动器刹车 2 次,然后用锚机将锚绞起,检查离合器操纵的方便性、刹车装置 工作的可靠性,锚链和卸扣通过锚链筒、止链器和链轮的情况,锚链在链轮上应无跳链和扭曲现象;并检 查止链器位置是否正确以及锚收上时锚爪与锚唇的贴合情况。

2.2.3 2.2.4

Checking working condition for chain washing equipment.

检查锚链冲水装置的工作情况。 When each anchor chain is installed, check the chain mark and fixed condition of the chain end. Carry out disengaging test for chain releasing equipment. Then hauling the chain, check the stowage condition of the chain in the chain locker. 将每根锚链装入时,检查锚链标记、根部固定情况并做弃锚装置脱钩试验,然后收起,检查锚链在锚 链舱内的堆放情况。

2.2.5 The rated load test should be carried out for the mooring drum. At the same time, measure the power and hauling speed.
对组合锚机的系缆卷筒进行额定负荷试验,同时测量功率和收缆速度。

2.3 Test Record 试验记录 2.3.1
For the hydraulic windlass, record the working pressure of the hydraulic pump, the revolution of the oil pump and oil motor. 液压锚机试验时,应对液压油泵工作压力、油泵及油马达的转速进行记录。

3 STEER AND STEERING GEAR TEST 舵装置及舵机试验 3.1 Test Condition 试验条件 3.1.1 Steering gear and steering system should be installed completely. The mechanical zero setting of the steering gear should be accurate, and the indication error between steering gear and the rudder blade should satisfied with the technical requirement of the manufacture.
舵机及操舵系统安装完好,舵机机械零位正确无误,操舵器与舵叶之间的指示误差应符合产品技术条 件的要求;

3.1.2

The overflow valve, cushion valve and program valve, etc. of the hydraulic system should be adjusted completely according to the drawing’s requirement. 液压系统的溢流阀、缓冲阀、程序阀等按图纸要求调试完毕;

3.1.3 3.1.4

The safety valve should be verified eligible.

安全阀校验合格; Simulation test of the alarm system of the steering gear should be eligible, including power supply failure, phase break, over load, control power failure, oil pump pressure failure, low level of oil tank and automatic bias steering, etc. 舵装置的报警系统,包括动力源失电、断相、过载、控制电源失电、油泵失压、油柜低液位及自动偏 舵等模拟试验合格。 3.2 Test Content and Procedure 试验内容及程序

3.2.1

Continuously running the steering gear without load not less than 30min, and check as

舵机应进行不少于 30min 的空载运转试验,并做如下检查: 3.2.1.1 Steering from amidship to port side and starboard side. Once the rudder angle increases 5°, check and record the rudder angle indicator, the error between the steering gear and the rudder blade. 检查舵角指示器、 操舵器与舵叶之间的误差, 检查时自中间位置向两舷转舵, 舵角每增加 5°核对一次, 并作记录; 3.2.1.2 Check the motion accuracy of the rudder electric limiting device and the installation position of the mechanical limiting device. 检查舵角电气限位器动作的正确性及机械限位器的安装位置。

3.2.2

Continuous steering test should be carried out for the steering gear. Each electrical source, each control system and each power supply should be continuously used not less than 30min. Check the working condition of the electric equipment of the steering gear, the hydraulic system of hydraulic pump. Check the temperature rising and vibration of the bearing of the electric motor. Check if there is abnormal noise and leakage when oil pump is running. Continuous steering test should be carried out 0°→left (right) 35°→0°→right (left) 35°→0° alternatively, and not less than 10 circles. During the test, initially measure the time steering from 35° one side to 30° another side (not longer than 28s). 操舵装置应进行连续操舵试验。试验时每路电源、每套控制系统及每套动力源均应连续使用不少于 30min。试验时检查操舵装置的电气设备、液压泵液压系统的工作情况,检查电动机的轴承温升及振动情 况;检查油泵工作时是否有异常响声和漏泄现象。连续操舵试验时应在 0°→左(右)35°→0°→右(左) 35°→0°交替进行,并应不少于 10 个循环。试验时,初步测定自一舷 35°转至另一舷 30°所需时间(不大于 28s) 。

3.2.3 The function test of the steering gear should be carried out in the wheelhouse and steering gear room separately.
舵机应在驾驶室和舵机室分别作操舵效用试验。

3.3 Test Record 试验记录 3.3.1
During the continuous steering test, record the starting current, working current, voltage and revolution of the electric motor and oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, etc. 连续试验时应记录电动机的起动电流、工作电流、电压、转速及液压缸的油压等;

3.3.2

Measure and record the thermal insulation resistance of the control box of the electric motor (not less than 1M?). 测量记录各电动机控制箱的热态绝缘电阻值(不小于 1M?) 。

4 LIFE-SAVING EQUIPMENT TEST 救生设备试验 4.1 Test Condition 试验条件 4.1.1 4.1.2
The life-saving equipment should have the eligible certificate. 救生设备具有合格证书; The arrangement, installation, quantity and type should be satisfied with the requirement of the approved drawing. 救生设备的布置、安装、数量和种类符合批准的设计图纸的要求;

4.1.3 4.1.4

Prepare ballast weight for the test.

备有试验时用的压载重物; The ship should be on an even keel.

船舶处于正浮状态。 4.2 Test Content and Procedure 试验内容及程序

4.2.1

Lifeboat/rescue boat releasing test 救生艇/救助艇释放试验

4.2.1.1 The lifeboat/rescue boat should be loaded to 1.1 times its specified load and suspended from its release mechanism. Then the lifeboat/rescue boat should be released with the load on the release mechanism. It should also be confirmed that the lifeboat/rescue boat would release when fully waterborne in the light condition and in a 10% overload condition. 救生艇/救助艇装载规定负荷的 1.1 倍,通过释放装置将其吊起。然后,在释放装置带着负荷的情况 下将该救生艇/救助艇释放下水。还应证实,该救生艇/救助艇在空载及 10%超负载的情况下完全浮于水面 时能够释放。 4.2.1.2 When the lifeboat/rescue boat would be lowered close to the water surface, the starting test should be carried out for the propelling plant of the boat. 在将救生艇/救助艇放到接近水面时,进行艇的推进装置的起动试验。 4.2.1.3 The fully equipped lifeboat/rescue boat should be launched from a ship proceeding ahead at a speed of not less than 5kn in calm water and on an even keel. There should be no damage to the lifeboat/rescue boat or their equipment as a result of this test. 装备齐全的救生艇/救助艇应能当船舶处于首尾等吃水并以不低于 5kn 航速在静水中前进时降落水中。 试验后,救生艇/救助艇或其装备应不损坏。

4.2.2

4.2.2.1 Factory overload test: each launching appliance, except the winch, should be tested with a static load of 2.2 times the working load with the appliance in the full outboard position. The appliance should not be deformed or damaged. Winches with brakes applied should be tested by applying a static load of 1.5 times the maximum working load. Any cast components of the frame and arm should be hammer-tested to determine that they are sound and without flaw. 工厂超负荷试验:每台降落设备,除绞车外,应在设备处于满舷外位置时进行 2.2 倍于工作负荷的静 负荷试验。该设备不应变形或损坏。对绞车则应在制动器合闸的情况下施加一个 1.5 倍于最大工作负荷的 静负荷来进行试验。对基架和吊臂的任何铸件应作敲击试验以确定其正常且无裂纹。 4.2.2.2 Winch running test without load: starting the winch, running time without load should not be less than 30min. 艇绞车空载运转试验:启动艇绞车,空载运转时间不少于 30min。 4.2.2.3 Davit swing outboard test: each davit, with the ship on an even keel, loaded with the mass equivalent to the operating persons, in general four (4) persons in total, each weighing 75kg, should be swing outboard and gradually lowering on the embarkation deck by means of operating the winch according to the operating program. 吊艇架转出舷外试验:对每一副吊艇架,在船舶正浮状态下,载有放艇员相当的重量,一般为 4 名放 艇员,每人按 75kg 计算,按照放艇操作程序,操纵艇绞车,使之转出船舷外,逐渐放到登乘甲板。 4.2.2.4 Loaded test: the lifeboat/rescue boat, loaded with its normal equipment or an equivalent mass and a distributed mass equivalent to that of the number of persons, each weighing 75kg, it is permitted to accommodate, should be released by operation of the launching control on deck. The speed at winch the lifeboat/rescue boat is lowered into the water should be not less than that obtained from the formula: 满载试验: 救生艇/救助艇载上正常的属具或等效质量, 以及相当于每人 75kg 的核定乘员的分布质量, 由操纵甲板上的降放控制器将其释放下水。救生艇/救助艇降落水中的速度不得小于下式计算所得之值: S = 0.4 + 0.02H Where式中: S — Speed of lowering降落速度,m/s; H — Height from davit head to the waterline at the lightest seagoing condition从吊架顶部至最 轻载航行水线的高度, m. The maximum lowering speed established by the Administration 1.3m/s should not be exceeded. 但不应超过主管机关所规定的最大降落速度1.3m/s。 4.2.2.5 Light loaded test: the lifeboat/rescue boat loaded with its normal equipment or an equivalent mass should be released by operation of the launching control on deck to demonstrate that the lifeboat’s mass is sufficient to overcome the frictional resistance of the winch, falls, blocks and associated gear. The lowering speed should be as established by the Administration (not less than 0.7S). If the launching gear is controlled from within the lifeboat/rescue boat a person should then board the lifeboat/rescue boat and perform a test of the launching operation. 轻载试验:救生艇/救助艇载上正常的属具或等效的质量,应通过操纵甲板上的降落控制器将其释放, 应表明救生艇的质量足以克服绞车、 吊索、 滑车和有关装置的摩擦阻力。 下降速度应按主管机关的规定 (不 小于 0.7S) 。如果降落装置是在救生艇/救助艇内控制的,则应使一人登上救生艇/救助艇进行降落操作试 验。

4.2.2.6 Loaded lowering test (brake test only): the lifeboat/rescue boat loaded with its normal equipment or an equivalent mass and a distributed mass equal to that of the number of persons, each weighing 75kg, it is permitted to accommodate + 10% of the working load, should be released by the operation of the launching controls on deck. When the boat has reached its maximum lowering speed (lowering about 3m), the brake should be abruptly applied to demonstrate that the attachments of the davits and winches to the ship’s structure are satisfactory. The maximum lowering speed established by the Administration should not be exceeded. If the winch brake is exposed to the weather, the lowering test should be repeated with the braking surface wetted. This test could be carried out combined with test 4.2.1. 加载降落试验(仅指制动器试验) 将救生艇/救助艇载上其正常属具或等效质量,以及等于以每人 : 重 75kg 计算的核定乘员的分布质量,再加上该工作负荷的 10%,由操纵甲板上的降放控制器将其释放。 当下降到最大速度时(下降约 3m) ,进行紧急制动,以证明吊架和绞车对船舶结构的连接良好。不应超过 主管机关所规定的最大降落速度。如果绞车制动器是暴露于大气中,则应弄湿该制动器表面,重复进行降 落试验。该试验可与 4.2.1 的试验结合进行。 4.2.2.7 Recovery test: the recovery test should be carried out for the davit-launched lifeboat/rescue boat and its winch, and the lifeboat/rescue boat should be recovered to its stowage position according to operating program. 回收试验:对吊架降落式救生艇/救助艇和艇绞车进行回收救生艇/救助艇试验,并按照操作程序将救 生艇/救助艇回收至存放位置。 4.2.2.7.1 The lifeboat/rescue boat should be recovered to its stowage position by means of operating the hand gear and can be safely and properly secured. 救生艇/救助艇能靠操纵手动装置将其收回至存放位置,并能安全正确地使之固定。 4.2.2.7.2 Where davits are recovered by power, the power should be automatically cut off before the davit arms come against the stops. 动力回收的吊架在吊臂达到其停放位置前,该动力能被自动切断。 4.2.2.7.3 The fully equipped rescue boat should be recovered by means of a winch at a rate of no less than 0.3m/s when loaded with a mass equal to that of the number of persons it is approved to carry. 装备齐全的救助艇,当装上一个与其核定乘员质量相等的质量时,能以不少于 0.3m/s 的速度将其收 回。 4.2.2.7.4 The rescue boat should be recovered by means of the winch referred to in 4.2.2.7.3 using a hand gear. 救助艇能以 4.2.2.7.3 所述的绞车靠手动装置将其回收。

4.3 Test Record 试验记录
Measure and record the distance between ship’s side and the lifeboat/rescue boat’s middle side. Measure and record the starting current, working current and insulation resistance of the winch. 测量记录船舷与救生艇/救助艇中部舷边缘之间的距离;测量、记录艇绞车的起动电流、工作电流及 其绝缘电阻值;

5 MOORING WINCH TEST 系泊绞车试验 5.1 Test Condition 试验条件 5.1.1 The mooring winch should be installed eligibly. 系泊绞车安装合格 5.2 Test Content and Procedure 试验内容及程序 5.2.1
Mooring winch test without load 系泊绞车空载试验 5.2.1.1 Continuously running the mooring winch without load ahead and astern at rated work speed at least 30min. Running ahead and astern alternatively every other 3min. 系泊绞车应进行正、倒车空载连续全速运转至少 30min,试验时正、倒车每隔 3min 变换 1 次。

5.2.2

Mooring winch loaded test 系泊绞车负荷试验

5.2.2.1 The rated load test should be carried out for the mooring winch. At the same time, measure the power and hauling speed. 系泊绞车应进行额定负荷试验,同时测量功率和收缆速度。

5.2.3

Test Inspection 试验检查

5.2.3.1 Check each motion part if there is abnormal heat and noise of striking generating. 检查各运行部件是否有异常发热、敲击现象; 5.2.3.2 Check the hydraulic system if there is leakage generating. 检查液压系统是否有泄漏现象; 5.2.3.3 Check the working condition of the electric motor. 检查电动机的工作情况; 5.2.3.4 Check the working condition of the electric control equipment, every step of speed adjustment and electromagnetic equipment. 检查电气控制设备及各挡调速和电磁器的工作情况; 5.2.3.5 Check and adjust the overload protection device, and adjust the opening pressure of the safety valve of the hydraulic system according to the technical requirement. 检查和调整过载保护装置,按技术要求调整液压系统的安全阀的开启压力; 5.2.3.6 After the test, check each strained part in detail. 试验后,详细检查各受力部件。

To put a 75kg load on each step, a 150kg load on lower platform and a 300kg load on upper platform for 15 minutes, then remove the load and check that turning parts of ladders should be flexible. 11.2.2 Before the test, the load adjustment should be carried out according to the loading
requirement. Draught inspection and measurement of seawater specific gravity should be carried out and agreed. 试验前,根据装载要求调整负荷。检查吃水,测量海水密度,并取得认可。

11.2.3 In case of rough sea condition, such as the wind force to be Beaufort Scale 3~5 and the water
depth not to be enough, the speed result should be corrected by international correction coefficient to calm and deep sea condition. If the wind force exceeds Beaufort Scale 5, the progressive speed test should not be carried out. 如果海况不良,诸如风力达蒲氏 3~5 级和水深不够,航速结果应通过国际的修正系数修正到平静、深 水状态的航速。如果风力超过蒲氏 5 级,不能进行测速试验。

11.2.4 During the test, the speed should be measured by means of DGPS instrument and the output

11.2.5 Before the ship arriving at the speed-measuring area, the main engine should run at stable

steering to 35° or the allowable maximum udder angle according to the specification. When the heading angle reaches to 540°, the test is finished. 17.2.1 Cast the left anchor and right anchor separately. During anchoring, braking 3 times, check the reliability of the brake. 左锚、右锚分别抛出各1次,在抛锚过程中刹车3次,检查刹车可靠性; 17.2.2 After anchoring, lock the chain with the chain stopper. Run astern slowly (slow astern) to
tense the chain, check the reliability of the chain stopper. 锚抛定后,用甲板止锚器定位锚链。再开慢倒车(后退一)将锚链拉紧,检查止链器的可靠性;

17.2.3 Start the windlass, raise the left anchor and right anchor separately. Measure the speed of
elevated anchor after breaking ground. 19 HULL VIBRATION TEST 船体振动试验 19.1 Test Condition 试验条件 19.1.1 The environmental condition to be specified as follows:环境条件规定如下:
19.1.1.1 In general, the test should be carried out in calm water area, and the weather condition should not have more effect on the measured value. 一般应在平静水面上进行测试,且气象条件不应对测量值有较大的影响; 19.1.1.2 When measure the hull vibration characteristic, the water depth should be not less than 5 times of the ship’s draught, and the distance off shore should be not less than 25 times of the ship’s breadth. 测量船体振动特性时,水深应不小于船舶吃水的 5 倍,离岸距离应不小于船宽的 25 倍。

19.1.2 The ship’s condition to be specified as follows: 船舶状态规定如下:
19.1.2.1 Ballast condition. During measuring, the ship should keep free-running condition. 压载状态。测量时应保持船舶处于自由航行状态; 19.1.2.2 When measure the hull natural frequency with anchoring or vibration exciter, the ship should be free floating in the water area. 用抛锚或激振机测量船体固有频率时,船舶应自由飘浮在水面上。

19.2.1.2 During the test, the rate of revolution of main engine should be stable and the load of each cylinder of main engine should be controlled in specified range. In general, measure in different steps from the beginning of the lowest stable rate of revolution, keep each step of rate of revolution stable for about 1min, until reaching to the rated speed. The step of rate of revolution should be 5r/min for lower speed engine in general. The step of the rate of revolution should be reduced in resonance zone of hull vibration and superstructure vibration or in resonance zone of engine frame vibration and shaft torsional vibration, longitudinal vibration, and whirling vibration. 19.2.2.1 2~4 measure spots should be arranged at different position of superstructure in the longitudinal center plane or fore bulkhead, such as navigation bridge deck, upper deck, main deck, etc. The direction should be vertical, transverse and longitudinal. 测点应布置在上层建筑纵中剖面线或与前缘围壁处不同位置,如驾驶甲板、上甲板、主甲板等 2~4 个 测点,方向为垂向、横向与纵向; 19.2.2.2 During the test, the rate of revolution of main engine should be stable and the load of each cylinder of main engine should be controlled in specified range. Before the anchor touches the seabed, brake the anchor quickly with the windlass. Syntronously record the vibration signal. 测试时,让锚自由坠落,并在锚触及海底之前,用锚机迅速刹住,同步记录振动信号。

19.2.5 Vibration exciter test 激振机试验
19.2.5.1 2~4 measure spots should be arranged at fore and aft end, and the wave loop position in longitudinal centerline distributed along the ship length. The direction should be vertical and longitudinal. 测点应布置在首尾端,以及沿船长分布在纵中线上的波腹位置的 2~4 个。方向为垂向、纵向; 19.2.5.2 During the test, the vibration exciter runs from the beginning of the lowest rate of revolution and increases steadily and slowly. Syntronously record the vibration signal. 测试时,激振机从最低转速开始,缓慢地稳速增加,同步记录振动信号。

19.2.6 Measurement of vibration should be carried out on the vessel’s hull, accommodation, engine
room and local element to confirm that undue vibration do not occur. The measuring place and standard should be complied with ISO 6954 “Guidelines for the overall evaluation of vibration in merchant ships”. 船体、上层建筑、机舱及局部板架进行振动测量以证实无过分的振动发生,测量地点及标准按 ISO 6954“商船振动整体评估指南”要求选取。

19.2.7 Joint meeting to evaluate the results of above analysis should be held at the place and time
agreed between the Owner and the Builder as necessary. If vibration level exceeds the defined criteria, the Builder should make necessary improvement to practical extent agreed between the Owner and the Builder. 如有必要在船东、船厂商定的地点和时间举行碰头会,共同评估上述分析结果,如振动水平超标,船 厂应采取必要的改进措施,达到船东、船厂共同认可的切合实际的范围。

20 SHIP’S NOISE TEST 船舶噪声试验 20.1 Test Condition 试验条件 20.1.1 The environmental condition should be specified as follows:
环境条件规定如下: 20.1.1.1 In general, the wind force should not exceed Scale 4, the wave not exceed Scale 3. 一般风力不超过 4 级,海浪不超过 3 级; 20.1.1.2 The noise, which generating due to the environmental condition such as the personnel, construction, rain and water depth, etc., should not have effect on the noise class of the tested cabin. 人员、施工、雨、水深等环境条件所引起的噪声应不致对被测舱室的噪声级有所影响。

20.1.2 The ship’s condition: ballast condition.
船舶状态:压载状态。

20.1.3 The other condition should be specified as follows:
其他条件规定如下: 20.1.3.1 The main engine should runs at 85% rated speed: 主机应在 85%额定转速下运行; 20.1.3.2 All sorts of auxiliary machinery and other continuous working machinery, which must be used for normal navigation, should run in order. The air-conditioning and ventilation equipment should run in order. For the machinery used discontinuous, such as its working time not exceeds 0.5h, should stop running. 正常航行必须的各种辅机及其他连续使用的机器应正常运转,空调和通风设备处于正常工作状态,对 于间断使用的机器,如每工班工作不超过 0.5h,应停止工作; 20.1.3.3 The sound source, the door and window of the cabin should be closed in general, except that open over a long period of time when the ship is sailing. 声源、舱室的门窗一般应予关闭,但对航行时长期敞开者除外。

20.2.1 In general, the measure spot of cabin noise should be arranged the center of the tested cabin,
1.2~1.6m height above the deck. At least one (1) measure spot for each cabin. The measure spot could be increased when the cabin is bigger, but the distance between adjacent two (1) measure spots should not less than 2m, as well as not more than 7m. Three (3) measure spots should be arranged in wheelhouse in general. 舱室噪声测点,一般应布置在被测舱室中央,距甲板高1.2~1.6m,每个舱室至少一个测点,舱室较大 时,测点可增加,但两相邻测点间距不小于2m,也不大于7m。驾驶室一般布置3个测点;

20.2.2 The measure spot in engine room should be arranged in main engine operating place, crew mainly working place and strong noising place. When measuring in strong noising place, the measure spot should be 1m apart from the shell of the noise source, and at least 0.5m in narrow place. 机舱内的测点布置在主机操纵处、船员主要工作部位和强噪声部位。在强噪声部位测量时,测点距噪 声源外壳为1m,在狭窄地方至少为0.5m; 20.2.3 Before the test, the position of the tested cabin and its measure spot should be marked orderly.
