Pé i with ultrasonic and microwave extraction. The ultrasound-assisted extraction with ethanol was the best method. Polysaccharides were measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The effects of material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and time on the extraction of polysaccharides were studied with single-factor experiment and response surface methodology. The results showed that the temperature and the time were the main factors.
