尊敬的各位领导、老师: 大家好! 我所说的篇目是 Earthquakes(地震) 。这是一篇高一英语必修一第四单元的阅读课。在 这里, 我将对这节课进行以下六个方面的说解。 希望能借此机会, 和大家一起探讨英语教学! 一、教材的分析 1、课文内容 本单元的中心话题是“地震” ,内容涉及“中国唐山

地震的不眠之夜” ,本课时为阅读理 解,课文叙述了发生 1976 年发生在河北唐山的大地震。全文四段可以分为三部分。第一部 分是第一段,讲的是地震前夕,唐山地区发生的一系列反常现象,这些怪事其实都是震前的 预兆,可惜在当时并没有引起人们的注意和警觉。第二部分即二三段,讲的是地震中,二十 世纪最大的地震就在唐山发生了,最短短的十五秒几乎经整个人城市夷为平地,伤亡惨重。 还讲了紧接着的一场余震。第三部分讲了震后,在解放军的救援和全国人民的帮助下,城市 有得以复苏。通过课文生动准确的描述,学生们可以真切地感受地震的全过程,思考生命的 意义,珍惜感恩眼前的幸福生活,培养积极乐观的生活态度。 2、教学重点 理解文章内容并学会处理相关信息,其中包括把握文章主旨、判断细节信息、段落主 题句、猜测词义等。 3、教学难点 通过掌握一些阅读策略和技巧提升处理阅读材料信息的能力。 二、学习者分析 高一学生特点: 1.对新教材有了初步的了解,但自主学习习惯未养成,对教师依赖性较强; 2.对事物有好奇心,思维活跃,但思考不深入,逻辑性不强; 3.大多数高中生正需要培养积极乐观的生活态度,思考生命的意义。 三、教学目标分析 1、理论依据 (1).新课标提出:英语课程的学习,既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动,逐步掌握英语知 识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富社会经历、 开发思维能力和提高人文素养的过程。 (2).对于阅读理解方面,高考考纲要求考生能读懂书、报、杂志中关于一般性话题的简短文 段以及公告、说明、广告等,并能从中获取相关信息。考生应能: a. 理解主旨和要义 b. 理解文中具体信息 c. 根据上下文推断生词的词义 d. 做出判断和推理 e. 理解文章的基本结构

f. 理解作者的意图、观点和态度 2、三维目标 知识目标 理解整个文章内容。 能力目标 提升寻找有用信息、分析信息进而解决问题的能力。 情感目标 思考生命的意义,珍惜感恩眼前的幸福生活,培养积极乐观的生活态度。 四、教法、学法分析 1.以“任务型、问题导学型”教学作为课堂教学设计之理念。同时,通过电脑课件展示相 关的图片、视频,或静态,或动态,以直观的效果激发学生固有的背景知识,在学生固有的 背景知识和文本信息之间搭建起理解桥梁, 能有效地帮助他们获取信息, 达到理解信息的目 的。 2. 英语四步阅读法:即“导入—略读—查读—巩固” ,培养学生的阅读能力。 3. 英语教学和情感教育的有机结合。在本节课中,教师除了营造宽松气氛,给予学生展示 成功的平台外,处处鼓励学生运用自主学习、合作学习和探究学习等新的学习方式,以形成 积极的学习态度,促进实际阅读能力的提高。 五、教学过程分析 Step1. Lead-in and warming up 1.介绍各种自然灾害 2.视频(唐山地震) 设计意图: 这一环节的设计导入课文话题, 激发学生对文章中这一话题的兴趣并能让学生在 短时间内集中精力,体验地震的震撼,这对于学生完成下面的阅读任务作铺垫。 3.Speaking 设计意图: 通过口语练习, 复习重点词汇, 让学生进一步理解课文, 并体会地震造成的伤害, 总设计意图:这两个环节是为了知识转化,学以致用,给了学生练习口语的机会 Step2. Skimming Divide the passage into three parts and match the main idea with each part .(3mins) Part 1 (Para.___ ) What happened during the quake and the damage caused by the quake Part 2 (Para.___ ) The rescue work after the earthquake Part 3 (Para.___ ) Signs(征兆) before the earthquake

求对应设计的主旨大义、猜词、细节判断等题型。这样可以有效地把高考和日常教学联系 起来,也锻炼了学生应答这种练习的能力。同时也达成了本课时的知识与能力目标。 Step4.Post reading Summarize and retell the text. An ________ happened in Tangshan in 1976. Read the passage carefully and find difficult language points。 设计意图:以预习的方式为下节课做好自然过渡。 总设计意图:这一环节既是对这节课的综合落实环节又起着承上启下的作用。 Step6. Learning reflection 设计意图:根据这节课课型主要进行阅读策略及技巧方面的反思以促进今后阅读能力的最 终提升。有反思才会有进步。 六、板书设计 在板书的设计上,尽量简洁、明了、重点突出。由于使用多媒体,大部分板书都在 PowerPoint 里面的幻灯片上, 黑板上将会列出本节课最重要的阅读环节的框架和对学生活动 的评价。
