The butt welds should be generally of sealing welding and gouged prior to the sealing welding. 对接焊缝一般应具有封底焊,封底焊前应刨槽出白。 2, When the steel plates of different thickness are butted,the thicker plate should be edge prepared If the theckness difference is equal or larger to 3mm,to transit smoothly.The prepared width is not less than 4 times that of the thickness difference. 不同厚度钢板进行对接时,其厚度差大于或等于 3mm ,则应将厚板的边缘削斜, 使其均匀过度,削斜的宽度不小于厚度差的 4 倍。
