12. TEXTURING\ENGRAVING\MARKING
12.1 蚀纹简介 Introduction on texturing:
蚀纹目的:增进塑胶零件的外观质感,使产品呈现多变化或全新的设计。Purpose: Cosmetic requirement of the product. 蚀纹分类:分喷砂和化学蚀刻两大类. 化学蚀刻又包括梨地, 皮纹, 柄纹,几何图形,木纹,发线等 Types: horning & etching. It can give appearance of leather/wood/stipple/sand etc. Ver: 1.0 Issue:2006.03.01

12.2: 蚀纹深度与出模斜度的关系 Depth & draft angle for the types of texturing:
蚀纹钢材仅限于含铬量较低的金属,象 Nak80(P21),738(P20),738H(P20), 718H(P20), S136(420),S136H(420),8407(H13),2083(420)……preferred steel material.

12.2.4 ENGRAVING & MARKING 12.21 標記,符號簡介 Introduction on engraving & marking:
塑料制品上的文字或符號表現形式有 Letter/number/symbol/logo on the product: 1.制品上為凸字(模具上為凹字).便于用機械加工的方法加工模具.制模方便,但制品的凸字易 磨損 The product has raised letters(steel is sunk-into mold). This is easy to machine into the mold 。 steel. However, the product may have its raised letters easily wear-off as time goes. 2.制品上為凹字(模具上為凸字).采用電火花,電鑄,冷擠壓等方法加工模具,制模費事.但制品 上凹字不容易磨損,還可在凹字上涂色。If the product has sink-in letters(steel raised from mold). Then steel insert will machine by EDM, electroform etc, higher machining cost. Letters on the product does not wear-off and also can paint color on them. 3.文字符號處單獨做成鑲塊,便于更換.。Use a sub-insert for the lettering, easy maintenance too. 透明制品上有凹入的文字時,塑料熔體流經模具上相應的凸出文字后會產生影響制品外觀的 熔接痕.消除措施是控制文字的深度, 即 字深:制品壁厚=1:3。Transparent part having sink-in letters may cause flow mark, this can be controlled by ratio of letter depth :part thickness=1:3 . 主要有产品编号,版本号,日期章,环保章,出产地,生产地,材料 等等。The engraving is normally for part number, revision number, date, recycle logo, place of origin, material code etc.
